The room is in bad shape. It is spacious, but in need of repair. The kitchen counter has cracks and holes on it from water damage. There is no tub (old jetted tub that’s broken and huge so you can only use the shower). The armchair has worn down arms and looks filthy from people resting arms on it. Window a/c unit is loud and clunks. No a/c in the bedroom. Rollaway cot & mattress was so so old (other hotels have much much nicer rollaway beds) and the mattress was extremely thin. Pull out bed much the same. Holes in the screen in the bedroom (didn’t want to open at night for fresh air in fear to let bugs in). Patio furniture was extremely dusty and in need of a wipe down (which we did). Carpet really needs replacement and there was plastic garbage in the corner by the couch and side table. I would expect much more for $340 a night - this is not a deluxe suite by far. We’ve stayed here before in a much nicer suite - this was extremely disappointing

The condos are situated on perfect landscape between the mountains, minutes away from Fairmont hot springs and columbia lake. Its a small village with limited shops, so go prepared if you are a family with kids. Overall, serene place to stay, hot springs are not over crowded, easy wild life sighting.

Budget friendly in Fairmont Hot Springs area

Came up through this area on golf vacation. Looking for budget friendly hotel in the vicinity of FHS, didn't want to spend the $$ at the resort itself. Property was nice enough, comfortable. Enjoyed having a sitting area and separate bedroom. Slightly outdated but im not that uptight. 5 min drive to resort. Has swimming pool with decent water slide for kids. Also had sauna and steam room which i enjoyed.

TV didnt work. Wife had to hold remote (with brand new batteries) two feet from TV sensor to change channels. Bed was EXTREMELY HARD, We woke up in pain every morning, and when i complained, they said most people compliment us on how soft the beds are, because their in-room couches are so hard! Unbelievable! Gaslighting by staff to cover up the distepair the room was in. They refused to give a refund and blamed that on expedia. We felt insulted. Also, when i asked about the amenities in the area the front desk person said "you can check google". Stay away. Bad manners. Condescending, unhelpful front desk staff. Crappy broken run down uncomfortable rooms. Doesn't even deserve the minimum 1 star.

Great family friendly hotel with a warm outdoor pool, water slide, spray park and hot tubs to soak the day away. Sauna, steamroom and fitness centre available for guests. Change rooms were very clean. There is a BBQ station off the main building for guests to use. The Family suite we had was spacious with 2bdrms and 2bathrooms. Full kitchen, living room, patio. It was clean but dated in decor and paint. Carpets looked newer throughout. Staff were always welcoming and very friendly whenever we walked past front desk. Even the cleaning staff were great and greeted you when you’d pass them in the hallway or outside on the property. Hotel restaurant-Boardwalk- was very affordable and good size portions. *pet friendly - their pet fee is different from their posted website fee so be aware it is NOT $15/day but rather $50/day We definitely would recommend staying here and will be back to visit.

Checked in late and there was no trolly to help move our luggage. The building's are very seperated so a lot of walking to reach our room. Room was very old considering the prices.. not enough blankets or towels in our suite.. only one plug in the king suite bedroom which happened to be on the oppesite side of the room away from the bed. Walked into our suite and the heat was going it was nearly 35 degrees in there..very uncomfortable considering the costs. Would recommend booking elsewhere if im being completely honest.
