Downstairs is a game room with a pool table, foosball, and a second living space. Three bedrooms — two with queen beds and one with two twins — are spread across two levels with three full bathrooms. The wraparound deck looks out over the property and surrounding peaks.

Outside, the fire pit is set in a clearing with open views in every direction — the kind of place where you sit after dinner and watch the sky go dark. The property is pet-friendly and fenced enough for dogs to roam safely.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver’s license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
