We were so impressed with the beauty of this home. The mountain and valley views are beautiful for sunrises. Both fireplaces offer wonderful places to gather and host provided firewood that is split in sizes easily manageable to carry in. Both kitchens are professionally appointed with great appliances and stocked with anything needed for great meals together. We found the house to be exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing attention to detail. The bedrooms are especially comfortable with amazing linens and host provides anything needed for a wonderful getaway. I am looking forward to renting another of their properties soon.

Quick trip to North Carolina! A long weekend in a great house. The kids loved the hot tub and the fireplace/pit for s’mores. The beds were cozy, clean and comfortable. The house has a little bit of everything for everyone. We only had one issue- which was the washer not draining but the owner quickly responded with a solution.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a wonderful time at the holiday home — the property was clean, well-maintained, and made for a very comfortable stay. It truly set the stage for some amazing memories with friends.That said, there were a couple of things that could’ve been better. Firstly, the absence of Wi-Fi was a bit of a challenge, especially since one of our friends had some work commitments over the weekend and was unable to stay connected.Secondly, we did feel a bit uncomfortable due to a neighbour who seemed unusually watchful — it gave the impression that they were keeping an eye on us and looking for reasons to complain, which put a damper on an otherwise lovely experience.Overall, we truly enjoyed our time, and with a few tweaks, the place would be absolutely perfect for group getaways.

Beautiful home close to Asheville and hiking

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home. Our 3 older kids and dog had plenty of room to spread out -- it was especially nice that we were upstairs and they could have the whole downstairs to themselves. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night after we returned from hiking and exploring Asheville. The garage game room was a great place to spend time with the whole family watching football and celebrating the new year. We only had one small issue and Jeff was immediately responsive and handled it quickly. We will definitely come stay again. Thank you for making it an easy stay!

Amazing Home

My family stayed over a weekend at this beautiful house. It is so pretty, well laid out, fully equipped, extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was a home not just a house. You can not go wrong with this house. It is only 13 mins from Biltmore and 20 Asheville area. I can't say enough about this property!

Perfect Family Gathering

We had family coming from Raleigh, Nashville, and Ohio. This was a perfect meeting place. The house was laid out so well with many useful sections. The second full kitchen was a bonus. There was even a Kitchenaid! My daughter was going to bring her own to make homemade pasta but she only needed to bring the attachment. The screened-in porch off the main kitchen was one of our favorite rooms. It quickly became the "coffee reading room". The surroundings were quiet and private. The very large fenced in yard was perfect for our goldendoodle. The house is located close to so many hiking locations. Jeff (owner) quickly responded to any questions I had. We will definitely consider this house in the future! Thanks, Jeff, for providing a place where our family could create wonderful memories!

Girls Getaway

We would recommend this beautiful get away home to anyone! The worst thing in the world is to leave your own cozy home, to go somewhere else and be on top of everyone. This house is PERFECT for you if you are like me and want to have large common areas but also a cozy place to separate and relax. 😊 Beds were SUPER comfy, two kitchens and 3 refrigerators which is perfect for a lot of people. The property owners were extremely responsive and we loved every minute of it!

Asheville Vacation

Great location just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. Beautiful home just as described in VRBO. Plenty of room. Great kitchen spaces and massive master bedroom / bathroom. Plentiful outdoor living space. Hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful furnishings and kitchen appliances. Extremely comfortable beds. Driving up to home might be challenging for people that are not used to driving steep inclines. My family loved the entertainment room and fast WiFi. Definitely recommend this rental.

Magnificent

Ive never vacationed in North Carolina but I have had the pleasure of vacationing in other VRBO properties. This house was by far the most amazing. From the location to the exceptional decor and design of the home it far exceeded my expectations. The photos dont do it justice. The double dwelling with 2 full kitchens is a wonderful touch. Several balconies and the game room gave us additional living space for our family. The owners were gracious enough to allow us the check in early so I could surprise my husband with friends and family and a personal chef for 3 full meals on his birthday. Our 5 day vacation was wonderful. We plan on renting again next year.

Perfect, Relaxing Birthday Weekend

Girls Trip

What a perfect house for a Girls Weekend trip!! The house is very spacious and but yet you still feel like you are at home. The best part of the house for our trip was the fireplace on the covered patio which is just right at the kitchen. Not far to walk when you need to refill your glass. I would recommend this property for family or just friends wanting a great place to stay for the weekend.

Girl's 50th Birthday Weekend

Everything was AMAZING! The house was beautiful, better than the photos. There were so many great gathering areas and the views were gorgeous. If we didn't have advance tickets to go to the Biltmore Village, we probably wouldn't have left the house! We would definitely recommend this property.

Paradise In Fairview

The home is gorgeous
very well equipped for any family. Lots of children’s needs addressed
. 2 pack n plays, Two high chairs 
children silverware, dishes and cups. The furniture and the patios give you many indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain all ages. We had dinner in Four different areas depending on the number of people we had. A large fenced in back yard for our dog. Close to many activities. Pick this house. You won’t be disappointed. The upstairs screened in porch is heaven at the end of the day! Enjoy!

Relaxing Labor Day Weekend

This house was perfect for a Labor Day weekend trip with friends for a wedding. It was close enough to downtown to be able to get back and forth easily. The house was exactly as described in the listing. So many amenities and activities for the entire group. Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Asheville.

This home is wonderful and fantastic for a large family or group. We enjoyed the quick access to Asheville. We were also able to bring our small dogs which was an added bonus. Jeffrey was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Fabulous house!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Asheville! Everything was perfect. The split-level setup of the house is perfect if you have more than one couple/family staying. Loved the game room. Felt like our home away from home.
