Me and my brother âWe booked and paid in advance for a room at V Palace / Hotel Vrundavan in Ayodhya via Expedia (booked Sept 15th).
âUpon arrival, we were denied the room because the hotel claimed it was unavailable (they cited a Oct 7th booking date).
âWe were traveling with parents, a child, and an infant, creating a highly stressful situation. The hotel shifted us to a poor quality, unsuitable alternative home stay.
âWe demand a TOTAL REFUND for the hotel booking due to Expedia's failure to confirm the room, resulting in this unacceptable experience.
Expedia informed V palace just 20 hours ago while i booked in September. They showed info in email and text as we are coming . When my whole family with kids reached then staff told us they dont have any room because Expedia inform them late so they sent us at diffrent place it was home stay no breakfast no hotel. Expidea should contact usand need to discuss about this worst experience.
