The room was dirty, there was roaches! And there was a container full of used needles under the sink in the bathroom. I’m so glad I didn’t have my children with me! It definitely was gross and I would never come back

The rooms were dark and dingy. Towels in bathroom had stains on them, shower curtain had holes. Most of the amenities were out of service. Ie: broken drink machine, broken ice maker. And no substitute available. Also super loud inside the hotel.

I didn't fall asleep till 2:00 am because of the door slamming, screaming and fighting. I am so tired and had to drive halfway across the state. No one manning the front desk until 8:00 am and I don't blame them. It was so sketchy.

The parking is fine but . It’s not very safe if someone can just enter the hotel without using the card. All doors can be unlocked with use of keycards.

I don't have much to say about the rooms; they're renovating, and while I did have an issue with my initial room, the night manager woman with dyed hair went above and beyond to make sure I had a better room, advised me on the area, and personally made the trip to inspect the new room. I'm willing to spare the stars from the room for her excellent customer service. I'm a business owner, so I also understand renovations; it's a thing that should happen sometimes.
