The staff is nice and its in a great location. But it is really kind of a 2 star hotel once you get past the lobby. The rooms are large with nice windows, but there is no place to put your stuff. No drawers, the closet is too small to set out a suitcase so we were just sitting on the floor with the suitcase open to get our stuff. There is a desk but only one chair. So if you have multiple people (double queen room) and you want to eat or just sit and chat, only one person can sit. There was enough space to have a table and chairs, a dresser, a desk, etc. but it was like they were trying so hard to be sleek, it lacked functionality. Also, I’m visually impaired and the touch screen elevators were inaccessible. I could get up ok using the disabled audible button, but I couldn’t get off the floor without help. The control panel was set so I was still on the lobby, not the 12th floor. So it did not say “lobby” and the only floor I could access with my keycard was 12, which was the floor I was on. It wasn’t set right. What was wrong with just old fashioned elevator buttons. Also, they say they have housekeeping every three days unless you ask for more. I’m fine for every three days, but they didn’t come. There was never housekeeping. We were leaving the next day, but we had nowhere to put trash, the TP was gone so we were using Kleenex, the floor really needed sweeping, stuff like that. Housekeeping really is needed every couple of days, but I never saw a housekeeper.

Great location and large comfortable room

Great location right in downtown Fargo. Very walkable, and the adjacent parking garage was free on the weekend. Access to the hotel and elevators was highly controlled with room keys so felt very safe. Room was spacious and comfortable, but the pillows could use an upgrade.

The wait staff in the lounge was excellent along with the gentleman that sat us! The lady at the front desk was grouchy though. Our room wasn’t very clean and to get into the elevator was a nightmare!
