Room was clean. The blanket had an unpleasent oder. The TV reception was terrible. The front desk person indicated the internet was the problem. At checkout we were told we should have changed the input on the tv. Perhaps better instructions shld be listed on available channel list.

They have tried to renovate this property, the contractor has done a below par repair, the bath tub bottom is flexible in my room in my daughters room they have to put tape on the bottom of tub and was very flexible. Also my granddaughter room the paint on the wall was chipping off. But all in all it was pleasant enough especially for the price, so for that being said it’s a good value.

This hotel was a convenient location for everything we wanted to do this weekend. It was also close to several restaurants and shopping areas Our kids loved the outdoor pool, but the lack of an elevator to get all our stuff up to our second floor room was a surprise. The rooms were also lacking vents in the bathroom.

I booked a smoke free room but the whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. There were hair from previous tenants in rhe shower.

The hall smelled like wet feet and chlorine. We could not get the door open to the room without throwing our body weight into it and when we got into the room it smelled like smoke. Beds seemed clean, but there were definitely wet towels in the bathroom and the sink leaked. Also, the mini fridge had a pool of water in it. I definitely would not have wanted to stay any longer than the one night we needed as we drove through the area.

The bedding smelled of old cigarette smoke. The toilet paper and tissues were partially filled so we had nothing to use. People sat on benches and smoked just outside the main door and pool area. Mediocre at best. Can’t recommend. Very disappointed

Staff argued with me over reserving a pet friendly room even though we dont have pets woth us, i just wanted a king poolside room. Then tried saying they didnt have a room for me even though an hour earlier we were asked to wait 30-45 minutes for our room to be finished (we were early, no big deal). After being given the room booked, outside lock wouldnt work, no lights came on with either key. We were moved to a dofferent poolside room, and that outside door must have had a funky handle because it would take MULTIPLE attempts from both of us ro get it to open. There were active webs and cobwebs in corners and around a/c and curtain liners. Toilet wouldnt flush right even after we had been gone all day, had to notify front desk of issue. Breakfast was very understaffed, the young woman who manned the front desk had to go cover multiple areas, owner(s) no where to be found to help as they should if short staffed. Food/beverages/utensils ran out each morning of our stay well before breakfast was over and if you didnt call the front desk no one was coming to check on things. The young lady at the front desk was kind and sweet, but no other staff seemed like they could be bothered to help outside their normal duties if needed. Will not be staying again as that was the second time we had a poor experience there.
