So many things wrong with this room. Smoke alarm was hanging by just its wires. Everything in the bathroom was dirty. Black smudges on everything. Ceiling paint chipping with mold as well. Air conditioner was unclean with a gross, unpleasant smell when on. Would never stay here again.

Please read, I am sure I will get a generic response of thanks for the feedback and we'll pass it on so to improve. If that were true based on previous ratings I would not be sharing part of this review. I am beyond disappointed with the room. The expectation is to be able to come into a clean room. Our room had a old damp musky smell almost mildewish smell. It was overwhelming and we had to get air freshener to make it bearable. The bathroom door had big holes that were poorly patched up. Over by the phone desk was a red stain on the carpet that yes resembles a blood stain, Yikes! On one side of one of the beds around the base were what most likely semen stains. Beyond gross. Around the tub has black mold patches. The clock radio seems to have never been cleaned due to the dust build-up. It also for an old ipod so for sure from the 90s or early 2000s. I would not stay there ever again just because of how bad the room was. My positive is why I am giving a 3 star. The staff was AMAZING. everyone said hello in some way. Checking in we had Arthur at the front desk. It was a late check-in. He was amazing. Arthur made the 1st part of our stay so easy and pleasant. He is for sure one of the best parts of Comfort Inn. The food was good. The eggs always fresh. It was the exact same thing of eggs, sausage links and potatoes each morning. Would have been nice for a change but it was always hot and fresh. The kitchen staff made the beginning of day great each day.

It was an affordable stay at a dated hotel. We walked to the casino up the road and enjoyed a meal at the Irish Pub on the corner. The staff was wonderful and the rooms are spacious. I would stay again.

Evidently the breakfast staff did not show and front desk lady “trying” to do both jobs. There was basically no food, no coffee and when she did manage to put something out, folks swooped it! I asked for a bit of compensation for mot providing decent breakfast and did not get a reply. Hopefully this is not typical — hotels are not cheap! Pool was nice.

I love that the pool is open until 9:30pm for all, and until 11pm for (quiet) adults. Most hotels close the pool earlier than a typical tourist would be arriving.

I really appreciated that kids had to be out of the pool at 9 and the adults had access to the pool. & Hot tub until 11. The employees at the front desk were wonderful. The people who out it the food, 2 out of 3 that I had contact with, acted like we were annoying them, especially during peek time with lots of kids. I visited without children, and chose this hotel for the nice rooms, hot tub access without children and breakfast. It wasn't convenient.
