We requested a handicapped room with at least grab bars in the shower. We did receive their accessible room #404, with roll-in shower. The shower was terrible. The floor of the shower sloped sharply towards the room, absolutely flooding the bathroom floor and making it gross and slippery! And standing in the shower was hazardous—so narrow! The tile floor was dirty. And the bed was hard as a rock.

Initially, I had a very nice stay, and the price wasn't bad. I checked in and was given the receipt for the two nights and the $200 deposit. I was told by the concierge I would receive $200 back after my stay. I checked out at 3:00 a.m. and didn't bother to look at the receipt. When I got to my destination, I looked at the receipt, and there was a charge for parking, two nights of parking for a total of $32!! At no point during my check-in did the concierge mention this. I stayed there for the competitive price. When I say somewhere I don't like surprises, this was a big disappointment, especially from Hilton Hotels. I'm a veteran and an honors member. I probably won't be staying there again. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard of. And I think $15 is too much! I called and complained, and they wouldn't make an adjustment. Shame on you, Hilton Hotels!

The room was clean for the price. My only issue is that the cleaning lady came to my door to tell me it was time to check out wish made me rush as I was going to a wedding and needed time to get ready. But the beautiful gentleman in the reception desk help by giving me 1:30 hour more. Breakfast was amazing. Cleaning was ok not amazing but ok. Also I booked a suite and the Tub was not working. Those were my only issues overall not a bad place to stay.
