Staff were lovely and attentive, bathrooms were clean, common room is a bit spartan... but the real issue is the beds; they're a bit of a mess. Wooden frames that creak, wobble like crazy, and wake everyone in the room over even slight movements. No AC, and the fans used to substitute sadly don't reach up to the top bunks so you're just profusely sweating while you desperately try not to move. Overall I'd say only stay if you really need a cheap bed. Think of it like an amusement ride!
An amazing experience authentic. Small but very very big with hearts of working staff there. They welcome and listen to you carefully. Special thanks to Marta and also for her colleague( I forget her name so sorry she described me the region)
The hostel is situated in a stratigic place, open but with discipline (positive point) and very close to all amenities.
It has decent access to the regional rail system and very convenient access to Vamus, the regional bus operator.
Breakfast was good. Coffee is good. The bathroom facilities were old but worked really well.
Kitchen was a little iffy. No fault of the operator.
TBH with this price, you have a shelter plus free breakfast. I don't have any complaints about it. I stayed in the Women's room, which it's considerably clean. You have free morning call service from the peacocks next door. Selma the receptionist is very welcoming too.
