The staff were so helpful and professional. The room we had was a one bedroom apartment style and we thought it was great. Very clean and comfortable. Nice outside area where we enjoyed some wine and snacks. Area was within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

We were extremely pleased with our spacious room, and especially the spectacular balcony with tons of space, a table and chairs, two comfortable chaise longues and a cute hanging chair. It was super comfy and super quiet on the top floor, with a great firm bed. We didn’t order the breakfast box, but we can see the appeal of having it delivered to your door and eating on the balcony. Instead, we took advantage of the many excellent and reasonable restaurants within super close walking distance. The staff at the 24/7 front desk were friendly and helpful. The free all-day coffee and tea was a nice touch as well. The only negative point we can think of is that the safe was very small, and did not fit a larger tablet or a laptop. Regardless, this was a gem of a hotel in the beautiful city of Faro, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Front desk staff, Rita and Iris, so friendly, helpful.. room was clean, modern, close to everything. Fancy coffee machine easy to use for different kinds of coffee. Didn’t use the pool but the outdoor area was clean and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in the old streets of Faro but very close to the marina. Our studio suite was excellent, very clean and modern with a great outdoor space with sun loungers and table and chairs and even a swing hammock!. It was great for our first night, only a short distance from the airport. We would definitely stay again but for longer next time. The staff on reception were very kind and helpful.
