We loved the spotless room, and the great dispensers with hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and the really courteous staff. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a little coffee maker in the room!

There was construction happening, and there was no vapor barrier ceiling off the floor between the construction and where the the guests were staying, and the fumes were coming through the ventilation and on the floor. I had to exit the hotel. The front desk staff wouldn’t even come to the floor to check it out when I asked they offered me a second room on a different floor and when I told them that the same situation existed that there was no vapor barrier ceiling off the construction fumes on that floor. The same situation occurred, so I left the hotel very disappointed in the Hilton for this. I’m a Hilton honors member.
