This beautiful house is located on a small hill less than 1 kilometer from Portocolom. We enter the property by a dirt road that takes us to the parking lot of the house located at its back. We enter the 2-floor house where we find the dining room and a small toilet, the fully-equipped kitchen with white furniture and black countertop, the kitchen has a direct access to the terrace. Finally, on the first floor, we find the living room with a nice wrought fireplace and access to the terrace.



On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. In the basement, there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower and access to the terrace.



The terrace located at the front of the house has beautiful views and two covered terraces, one with chill-out sofas and another with a dining table next to the barbecue. The pool is quite large and is surrounded by a wooden platform and artificial grass, with 6 hammocks and 2 umbrellas ideal to disconnect as it is a very quiet area.



The house has central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
