Beautiful home. We needed a rental with a slip for my brother's 21 ft boat and it was perfect! Had a little trouble with the TVs. But in my defense, what are the odds that two remotes needed batteries at the same time.

The house is comfortable and spacious. The location is great - 1/4 mile walk to Coastal Highway. We enjoyed using the kayaks, relaxing on the deck, and the sunset views were lovely.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, well stocked home. The location was great, right on the canal with beautiful views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets. The walk to the beach was easy for the younger folks and a short drive for us oldsters. Highly recommend this property.

Family Beach Vacation

We loved this property! It was the first place that we stayed at that both my husband and I agreed that it was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, had great water views, and was a perfect location. We would love to stay here next year but recently adopted a cat and this is a no pets property. If we could convince the owners to allow a well-behaved cat, we would put down a deposit for next year today!

great place

I've stayed in Fenwick for years with family and this place was lovely. The sunsets were beautful and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. You could certainly have room for a couple more kids to stay downstairs. The house was well equipped, although it could have used a big pot for corn etc and maybe an updated on cooking pots and pans in general- not anything important. Everything else worked great, well appointed and even chairs to borrow and kayaks to use. Would highly recommend!

Impromptu Getaway

We planned our little getaway in less than a week and were lucky enough to find this property. The listing was accurate. The house was in a good location
easy walk to shops, restaurants, miniature golf, etc and the views from the deck were spectacular! The only negatives that we would give this house is that there was virtually no storage available in the kitchen to place our food and items for the week. We were given half of a shelf in the entire kitchen for storage. There was also no pantry, so we had to leave much of our food and supplies in our bags and pick from them throughout the week. Two out of the three bedrooms had all of their drawers empty, but the smaller (kids) room had zero space to store clothes. Our family members in that room had to live out of their suitcases for the duration of their stay. The other negative would be that there was a significant leak coming from the kitchen sink. We found a large bowl in the cabinet under the sink to catch the water, so clearly this had been an issue for some time. It would’ve been manageable had the water stayed in the bowl, but water seeped onto the kitchen floor, so we had to keep bowls and towels on the floor during our stay. Jeremy, the building manager, was responsive and did his best to get a plumber out to the property. He did secure one by our second full day there. The plumber came out twice, but was still unable to fix the issue before it was time for us to go home. These are easy fixes and should not deter anyone from staying at this property. They were just inconveniences during our stay. Again, the location, deck and views were amazing and made all of the little headaches worth it.

Great Short Getaway

The property is really nice and clean. We bought our kayak and load it right out back, nice calm water. Short walk to the ice cream shops and other shops, beach is close too. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset out on the deck. The property manager was great and was fast to respond to any questions I had.

Cool Place!! Nicer Than Expected !! and a Great Location !!

We didn't know much about Fenwick Island but WOW what a great little area. The House was awesome, truly better than we expected, and that's rare. Looks like it has had a lot of improvements recently. Beautiful view out over the bay in the evenings. The location is super convenient, (much more so than S. Bethany) walking distance to restaurants, liquor store, coffee, shopping, mini golf, water slide, bike rental... And a 5 minute drive to a couple grocery stores and pretty much anything else you may need. Sheets and bedding were provided, another nice surprise, but definitely good to bring your own bath and beach towels. We plan to stay in Fenwick and this House again next year!
