The Bella Vista was a wonderful place to relax for the weekend. Nothing but silence and privacy at this homeâŠ
I wish I could add photosâŠVery well appointed kitchen - just bring food! The home was clean and bug-free. Beds were comfy. Take the advice of management and use their directions, not GPS to get there!
Our only big disappointment was the hot tub cover was waterlogged and could not be lifted off, resulting in not being able to use it. I would think this would have been noticed by the management prior to arrival if maintenance/cleaning was done, but the game room had plenty of activities to keep us entertained.
The email sent the week before arrival indicated that electronics, hot tub, etc. are furnished as a courtesy, but not guaranteed to function during the stay. I feel this should be noted in the VRBO listing. The hot tub was prominently noted in the listing, was a primary reason for choosing the rental, and at the nightly price, we felt that it being available should have been a higher priority. We were really hoping to enjoy it.
I would give a 4.5 star overall if I could, and just based on the location, would try this or another rental again if there was a reasonable assurance that all of the amenities were usable, or if there was some kind of issue known ahead of time, some kind of discount was offered. Everything else was superb and I canât think of anything the house was missing. It was a great place to spend our birthday weekend!
