We had the most amazing stay here. Apartment was clean, warm,spacious and cosy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is ideally positioned to access everything Fernie has to offer. Parking and access was all very straightforward. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Communication with Diana was first class. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
This is our second time staying at this location. It was great and we will be staying there again when the time comes. It’s quiet and very comfortable!
This was great for a family of four. Kitchen is well equipped, everything is comfortable and the condo is very well located for access to downtown Fernie and mountain biking trails.
Only downside is hot tub was closed that would have been nice after skiing but I hear the spa located onsite is amazing!! Beautiful accommodation very comfortable!! Fantastic location I'd stay there again!

We had a great time at this property, from a massage at the spa to a number of restaurants 5min walk from the door we had a great time. Property was clean and modern, felt just like home, a must stay for anybody heading to fernie.

The property was amazing........with exposed brick on all outside and some inside walls from the original school house and crazy high ceilings. So close to downtown it was easy to walk anywhere we wanted for food and shopping. Instructions for check-in and check out were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.
901 condos are a great place to stay, our second time. They are so convenient to town, can walk everywhere. The parking, safety with entrance, we’ll kept property, spa on site, all good!! We’ll be back!
When I saw this rental listing I knew I had to stay there! The building used to be the old high school in Fernie - the one my dad and aunts went to! The unit is absolute beautiful and it was super special to know the history. Thanks for a great stay!
Even better than the pictures! Well kept , extremely clean and a great building ! We were in fernie on a business trip but I would live in this place !! We will be back every time !
Me and my husband rented this place for a week - and it was spectacular! So comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to everything is perfect - you are literally a 1 minute walk to the grocery store, and about a 4-5 minute walk from town where you can shop, explore and eat! We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back! (Also - shout out to the property managers for being so on top of some of our questions, huge plus in renting this place!)
This place is perfect. Three of us stayed for 4 nights (me, my husband and my mother) as we were in Fernie for a wedding. The condo is in a very central and convenient location. We could walk most places. It was perfect for cooking meals and providing a place to relax between wedding events. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely stay again.
Property was fantastic and much bigger than it appears in the photos. The condo was very clean and well equipped for making meals at home. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and very easy to walk into town. The check in process was simple and we had no issues. The unit is a bit chilly upon arrival but once you get the radiators on, it heats up fairly quickly.
We would definitely recommend staying here for a family holiday and would book this into again.
We’ve stayed at 901 for a week or so every summer for years. The location is ideal to walk to all the great restaurants on 2nd Ave, bike along the gorgeous river path system or get to the golf course. 107A is a beautiful accommodation with almost everything you need. The only things lacking from my perspective is that there is no direct access to outside (no patio or deck) and no natural light in the bathrooms.

Bad news
A/c was very loud
Second Night there was a mouse that ate our bread and left droppings. Contacted mgmt who said they were sending someone right away. Never saw anyone nor did we hear from anyone. Very disppointing
