Just returned from and amazing holiday. Iv been coming to Turkey for 16 years, but this is by far the best villa I have ever stayed at. The location is perfect and the villa is beautiful!! There was everything you could ever need. Fergal the owner went above and beyond for us, my son left his iPad at the airport and Fergal went out his way to make sure it got bk to us, which it did. Thank you so much for having us we can’t wait to come bk.

This child really lives up to everything you expect and is exactly as described. We were a family of 12 ranging from 1 to 70 years and it met everyone's needs. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, and the ensuite bathrooms are great too. The ground floor had everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool was ideal for us - we get it heated throughout due to time of year and it was perfect. Fergal was a brilliant host and always responsive and supportive - including when there was a storm that knocked all the power out locally! I woke highly recommend to anyone looking for a space for a large group.

Family holiday

We stayed at the villa with family, 11 of us ranging from 68 - 2.The villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Fergal stocked the fridge and cupboard with plenty of food to see us through our first day, which was great. The pool was a good size and enjoyed by everyone, especially the children. It was a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops. We had a couple of problems during our stay, but Fergal was always available and sorted everything quickly. The Wi-Fi was poor, worked some days and not others but wasn’t really a problem for us. Overall a really enjoyable holiday

Everything about our stay in Villa Babylon was perfect, straight from the very beginning to the last day. The owner Fergal organised our pick up from the airport, the house was spotless and looks stunning from the rooms to the pool. Perfect location for the mountain and the lovely beach town of Ole Deniz. Highly recommended

Fantastic stay at Villa Babylon

Stayed here with family ranging from 76 to 3 years old. Everyone loved the stay. Fergal is amazing to deal with and super helpful and had provided a lovely hamper of food for our arrival which was very much appreciated. The villa is what you see in the pics. Abfee snags around the property but is end of season and these things will always happen but does not take away from the beautiful fantastic stay we jadnin comfort and luxury!

Very safe and secure villa, very clean and comfortable with a great layout and excellent features and facilities. More than enough space for a large family. Amazing views from the balconies. Very well managed by Feray on behalf of the owner. I would stay again and I would place this villa and location on the top of my recommendation list.

Stunning villa - we will be back!

All good things must come to an end and we all agreed we could not have picked a better place. It's a huge villa, so much space and lots of places to escape to for our big family. I loved reading on the top balcony, just looking at the mountains and listening to the goats, my daughter in law and the small kids were fascinated with all the bubbles in the massage pool! We could have stayed here forever. Everything was truly perfect including the weather. Happy memories for all and we cannot wait to go back to Olu Deniz! A special thanks to Feray for all the assitance.

Wonderful property in a great location with an amazing host. We stayed as a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children between the ages of 2 and 12. The property was big enough for us all to sleep comfortably and have space during the day. Fergal was an excellent host and very helpful and responsive to our many questions. My only negatives were, the showers were at times a little hit and miss, this was however manageable. The real issue for us was the early morning wake up call from the local mosque around 05.30 each morning, so loud and so long. I totally get this is out of the hosts control and that we were visitors to another country, but something to be aware of, if you want to come back feeling rested.

Unbeatable All Rounder!

We stayed here at the end of October / early November. We got lucky with the weather and had many great days enjoying Villa Babylon. The location is excellent although the beach restaurants shut down at the end of October so at this time you need a car. The photos don't really do the place justice, it's a very big villa and every room is beautifully done. Apart from that the service was excellent and we felt very welcome. We weren't really expecting a welcome drink and a huge hamper of goodies so that was a great start. The layout of this villa was perfect for our large group and I can't think of one thing to complain about. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, it really added a luxurious feel to our holiday. Much appreciated. Derek & family, Manchester.

Paradise found!!

We stayed in the villa for 10 nights with 3 families. We found it to be better than the pictures and were never on top of each other. Fergal had thought of everything. The villa is only a short stroll to the bars and restaurants and not forgetting all the wonderful shops. It was a sad day when we had to leave and knowing that this year we have to go to a different Country for a wedding we were so disappointed knowing that we could not return this year. Its taken me nearly a year to write this review for selfish reasons, that being that I did not want to tell too many people about how fantastic this villa is as I wanted to be able to book it when we want to go. Anyone booking to stay here will not be disappointed and will be guaranteed to be wanting to return again.

Outstanding villa with amazing host

Our stay at Villa Babylon was nothing short of spectacular! The service that Fergal provided from before our stay, at the meet and greet and throughout was 5 star! He arranged things for us, left and amazing welcome pack for us and was there to answer all my silly questions promptly and graciously! Fergal really is the best host we have ever encountered. The villa was incredible. Clean, spacious and with everything you would ever need. We were a group of 13 celebrating my 50th birthday and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. The communal areas are set up for large groups of all ages. The pool was a delight and I’m already missing sitting around it with the family. The location is great! Just a short walk to the main road where the dolmus runs regularly. We have already recommended this villa to friends and family who saw our social media posts on it and we will absolutely be back. Thank you Fergal for making this family holiday one all of us will remember forever xx

1st Class Family Villa

Villa Babylon has everything you could wish for and more, the whole villa, pool and garden are even better than the pictures, every room is spotless and it is truly a home from home. Fergal the owner responded to my emails quickly and nothing was too much trouble, he also arranged our airport transfers and Feray, his manager on site, was very friendly, welcoming and attentive, from providing fresh eggs and bread to arranging for baby stair gates to be installed. We used the local taxi service to get to the Blue Lagoon and Fethiye Market. It is very cheap and can be called from a taxi point at the end of the street. For trips further afield, car hire is available everywhere. We enjoyed one lovely day at Tlos and the gorge at Saklikent and another at the Riverboat trip and Mud baths at Dalyan. I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and we all agreed we would love to go back again.

Brillant!!

We rented this property and the one next door as we are a large family. From the moment we arrived at the Airport the transfer was waiting (always a worry in the past) and the villa's are as described, luxury! its so nice to have everything at hand, without having to buy essential as soon as we arrived, the kitchen was equipped with everything, including a coffee maker which was used daily, the hamper was greatly appreciated, and little things like soap powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc to get you started. Thank you also for the gift and greeting card.... Dilak (Manger) and Fergal owner of Villa Babalon where very helpful and responded to any emails and queries quickly and efficiently. Turkey is beautiful, we will be returning in the future. What a great family holiday had by all and we are left with great family memories. I recommend these villas Thank you once again!

Lovely villa located in an excellent area

This is a lovely villa that is located an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but for enough away from the noise so it doesn't disturb your sleep. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could want to cook yourself, a gas bbq was a pleasant surprise and makes cooking meat and fish very easy and much cleaner! The villa owner was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole booking process and ensured that we had everything that we needed and all of our party members were collected from Dalaman at the right time. He even organised some lovely Turkish take away food as we arrived late in the evening, it was so nice to arrive to a hot meal and cold beer! During our stay, Feray, the villa manager was so lovely and visited to ensure that all was well, she even brought us fruit as well as eggs from her chickens. She dealt with a few problems we had at the villa very efficiently. I would highly recommend this villa, it was excellent for all our group, who range from 5 - 75 years of age! Thank you to the owner and the manager for making our 2015 summer holiday as easy as possible!

Totally ab fab

We had an amazing stay at Fergals fantastic villa. We have rented a lot of places but this far exceeds anything we have had before. Lots and lots of great touches (hamper basket full of goodies on arrival being one of them) to soft drinks in the minibar together with enough gin/whisky to have a travel pick me up. Kitchen extremely well equipped with quality small appliances. Bedrooms beautifully furnished with quality bedding and lovely bathrooms with toiletries. It was like staying in a top boutique hotel with all the advantages of freedom from the villa. Fergal could not have been more helpful and charming and went over and above to make our stay amazing. I told him I did not want to give such a good review as everybody would be booking in but as we are assured of staying here again next year I am happy to say that you would be very hard to please if you did not enjoy this fabulous place in a great location with a terrific owner...thanks fergal for everything ...we can't wait to return. Villa Babylon - another fantastic stay!

Before we even started travelling to Turkey, Fergal had gone above and beyond organising additional requests for our trip. We had two young children travelling with us on this holiday, and he made the trip very easy for our friends to take two youngsters. Whilst we were there, the manager Feray made us very welcome again, settled us in on arrival and ensured we were happy with everything throughout the whole of our stay The wifi to the villa is very useful and strong, and the technology at the house makes it feel like home from home - there is no expense spared on equipment and decor so you really feel at home instantly. There is very useful information at the villa on places to visit, local restaurants and local services which is great if you are new to the area The recent changes to the villa are excellent and have very much added to an already fantastic residence. The whirlpool next to the pool is a lovely extra, and was used extensively on our stay. Late afternoon it was great to chill out in this pool whilst having a cocktail or two! The changes to the inside add to the overall villa too and make this villa a truly five star stay. The extended outside bbq area is also great if you fancy a night in with friends and family I would definitely recommend this villa if you are staying in this area of Turkey, and we will undoubtably be back at some stage Regards, Jon Easby

Wonderful stay

Fergal was the perfect host. He was so accommodating and couldn’t do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. He booked us taxis and transfers and a great boat trip with Captain Kadir, which we highly recommend. (Great value for money and the kids got to drive the boat.). Fergal was also able to offer suggestions of local markets and activities. Would definitely recommend visiting Paspatur, the old town in Fethiye and also head up the top of the cable cars at sunset for stunning views. The villa itself was a great space big enough, with room to spare, for 11 of us. It really had everything we needed. The pool was great. The steps were a bit slippery but we got used to this and knew the best places to walk around/step in. The edges of the steps/tiles are a bit sharp and pointy so we were cautious of the kids playing but there were no incidents. Just something to be aware of. Beds were all very comfortable and we all slept very well. There is a taxi call button on the post right outside the villa gate which is handy and the taxis are quick and reasonable prices. The villa is situated down a hill from the Main Street. This was an effort to walk in the heat but really only took a few minutes to reach the Main Street. There are many bars and restaurants and shops within a 5/10 minute walk.

Excellent villa with outstanding views

This villa represents excellent accommodation being spacious, light and well equipped. It was well cared for and cleaned on a weekly basis. The welcome hamper was a thoughtful gesture and was very well stocked indeed-thank you! The accommodation is spread over three floors and is plenty big enough for a group of 8 as we were. The outside dining area was our favourite place to hang out, overlooking the Babadag mountains and the pool below so we could watch the kids in the pool whilst eating and drinking. The customer service received before and during our stay was outstanding. We had a terrible start to the holiday with two companies going bust within a fortnight of our departure but Fergal was helpful, flexible and supportive throughout the traumas and the constantly changing plans. Then when we arrived we had the assistance of Dilek who now manages the property most efficiently on hand if needed to help with any query, piece of local information etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of the villa was perfect for views and privacy and lying around the pool but less so for access. The road around these villas is uneven and unlit at night and may not be suitable for anyone with difficulties walking. The minibus (Dolmus) service to and from Olu Deniz and surrounding areas was however excellent and meant it was easy and convenient to travel to Olu Deniz which we preferred to the more touristy Hisaronu but the teenagers liked both areas. We hired a vehicle throughout the 2 week stay as is our preference but the minibuses are very reliable and run frequently. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday with a special thank you to Fergal for his exceptional customer service.

A perfect place to stay! Beautiful Villa

From the initial booking to arrival and then leaving the villa Fergal was very informative and easy to talk to. He booked our transfers for us without hassle. Upon arrival he took us on a tour of the Villa which was fab. The villa is very beautiful and so well equipped I could not believe it, it had everything you need, like home from home. I have been coming to Turkey for 7 years in a row and stayed in many villas and this is by far the best villa I believe in the area. The bedrooms were big and the beds were lovely. The kitchen had everything you need as well as a stocked fridge (no need to go to the shop on arrival) including milk, eggs, bread, butter, fruit, veg and a large hamper with cereals, pasta, biscuits and much more and the locally made lemon drizzle cake Fergal gave us was a delight. One day we had a cloudy day and when we arrived after the cleaners had been Fergal left us some yummy jam doughnuts! Such a lovely touch. We also used the bbq and had a lovely meal in the front outdoor area. The pool area is lovely and the plants are very beautiful. The Jacuzzi was very nice and easily sat all 8 of us adults with room to spare. We had the pool and Jacuzzi heated as it was September and it was well worth the additional daily fee. The lighting at night was beautiful too. We also had a film night and made use of the cinema room and the sound system is great. The villa is huge! It is also short walking distance down a slight hill to hisaronu, the road brings you out to the top of the town by the cash machines and the roundabout that takes you Olu Deniz. There is a shop at the bottom of the hill, a mere 5min walk away where you can buy groceries. No need for a car as the taxis & dolmus are very cheap. My family and I loved this luxurious villa and I would definitely recommend it. You will not want to stay anywhere else when coming Olu Deniz/Hisaronu once you have stayed here! We will be back to this Villa on our next trip to Turkey, without a doubt! Fergal, thank you so much for all your advice on the area, a wonderful tour of the villa and the lovely chats upon arrival and when we had to sadly leave this place and also for the many treats you provided during our stay.

Highly recommend for big groups

There are two special things with this villa, firstly the villa itself and the villa owner. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard, as high as a five star hotel. Every room is immaculate and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathrooms are solid and the entire villa and bathrooms are marbled making it very cool in the extreme heat of the summer. We made full use of all the facilities such as the kitchen which is huge. the double oven and huge fridge were an extra bonus as we made breakfast for a large group (13 in total). The communal areas are very relaxing, expecially the downstairs lounge which has apple tv, a huge 70 inch screen for late evenings when relaxing. the pool is the one of the best i have ever used. the pool heating is excellent though is probably not needed in the summer months of july but for kids it made it a lot more comfortable. You can use the pool in the night as the lighting is brilliant and you feel very safe. the pool is cleaned daily making it nice to use in the early morning. Even the air conditioning is top of the range, every room and communal area has sumsung air con which is a life saver and just makes the whole experience amazing. When we were out we couldnt wait to get back to the villa and make the most of it. the villa is also very private, in that the pool area is secluded and the entrance is private with a large gate. the security of the villa is also excellent and simple to use, just one click to turn on security and one click to turn off. most taxis and companies seem to know about villa babylon so it was never a problem getting home although taxis dont ever use sat nav so sometimes we just navigated the driver ourselves as villa babylon is on google maps. and last but not least, the villa owner. Fergal was an absolute star. he really made the whole trip smooth and comfortable. we only had to go to the supermarket once for very specific food items that we wanted as we were a large group but all the basic needs like cereal, biscuits even drinks were already in a basket or mini fridge. He took me to the money exchange place, helped me buy a sim, reserved restaurants organised transfers and so much more. The trip would not have been as good as it was without his involvement and we cant thank him enough.

Beautiful Villa

We had an amazing two week stay at this villa. The best so far and we been coming for 8 years. We were met by Fergal who showed us around and was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed all the facilities including the heated pool which was a god send for October. A beautifully decorated villa and very comfy beds. A short walk to the restaurants and shops and taxis which is ideal and in quiet location with nice local neighbours. We will Definitely stay again in future. 100% recommend and it’s child friendly. My 4 year old grandson loved it!
