This is a great hotel in Figueira Da Foz! We choose here because of the large pool and the fact that it has ample parking, even in high season. Admittedly, it is a 15 minute walk away from town, but none of the more central hotels have a proper pool or parking. Our room (basic grade), was compact and located above reception, but had everything that you would expect from a 5* hotel and was very quiet. The air conditioning worked particularly well, given the August heat. This was already our second stay and we will definitely return. Just a few negative points, though.. There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be dealt with; broken tiles on the outside level between the two blocks, water constantly dripping above one of the outside doors, our bathroom tap wasn't fitted correctly and none of the water features in the pool seemed to work.

A contemporary, newly built hotel that does indeed give California beach vibes. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a wonderful spacious pool area. Make sure to get a room with a terrace, though note ground floor rooms will have no view as they’re blocked by a wall of shrubs. Breakfast is decent, lots of fresh fruit and juices. Seems a family focused hotel, lots of strollers and small kids!

Nice hotel but impossible to sleep due to noise!

This is a cute hotel but I would not stay gere again, and I would not rate it a 5 star hotel. The main thing that was an issue: you can hear everything in the room at night, we couldn't sleep at all! Rooms on the floor above stepping and stomping everyone walking in the hallway speaking, etc. Horrible night. Other than that the room was large and the bed fairly comfortable. Service was okay but not 5 stars (example: we went for our wedding anniversary, I told them in advance and they didn't do anything special, not even a little note, as we've had in many hotels; instead we got one of the first rooms in the hallway, so we heard everyone walking by, so we couldn't sleep). We appreciated checking in 30min earl but that was it). We also waited 15 minutes at the bar so someone would finally come. Anyhow, could be great, but it was barely average. Especially the thin walls, bring earplugs!

The room was lovely with a pool view. The area is residential and still very closed up for the season. There were not many dining options other than the hotel, though the hotel restaurant was very good.
