First time staying here and to say the least I was not impressed. The hotel was extremely busy and parking was Valet only. No problem with that but it was New Year’s Eve one of the busiest night of the year and they only had two people working valet. Those workers were working their tails off and you could tell they were trying their best. Props to you guys! I checked in at 4pm and I was told my room was not ready. Not a problem. It would be maybe 30 minutes. I checked back in after 30 minutes. After checking multiple times. Almost two hours later the room was ready. My group missed our 6pm dinner reservation. And the plans for the evening were already at a downfall and rushed at this point. I get up to the room. The room appears clean for the most part but there was what looked like fruit snacks on the floor in the corner. Bits of paper here and there as well. But I had just waited 2 hours for my room there was no way I was getting a different room at this point. The next morning again. Valet was backed up and those two workers were working their tails off. We were not going to be able to get our cars until at least another hour if not more there was so many people in the lobby all waiting on valet. So we got our keys and walked to the garage ourselves and got our cars. Not impressed with the lack of preparation, cleanliness and lack of communication throughout the stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was very nice, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the common areas were just as tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

This was my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed in—cleaner and more comfortable than the Westin or Hilton in my opinion. I absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Findlay!

Top flight hotel just two miles from usual chain hotels. Quiet, safe location adjacent to Marathon Oil offices offers superb service and excellent food. It has been our go to accommodation for last five years (since we discovered it) for a night of rest and comfort after family visits. Can’t wait to visit again.
