Hôtel de dernier recours

Accueil : réceptionniste très obligeant, a offert de monter ma valise car pas d'ascenseur. Il fallait brancher le prise secteur pour allumer la tv, mais après on ne peut ni c98hanger de chaîne ni modifier le volume. Le réceptionniste m'a donné 2 nouvelles piles mais rien n'y fait. Le lendemain à 9 h du matin on a frappé avec insistance à ma porte pour me demander si tout se passe bien : j'ai raconté pout la tv . 15 minutes + tard on frappe à nouveau , cette fois pour me donner la clrf d'une autre chambre . J'ai l'impression que le ménage (changement des serviettes ) n,est pas assuré samedi et dimanche . Les draps du lit n'ont pas été changés de toute la durée du séjour (7nuits)

Séjour agéable, bon acceuil, propreté

Malgrès l'age de l'hôtel, l'intérieur est propre, bien entretenu. La personne à l'acceuil est aimable et toujours disponible. Le manque de place de parking se fait cruellement sentir du fait de l'emplacement de l'hôtel en centre ville. Sinon, très content de notre séjour.

Hotel situé en centre ville donc pour la tranquillité, on ne doit pas s'attendre à des merveilles, surveillant de nuit ivre à notre arrivé, très forte odeur de cigarette dans le couloir et la chambre, présence de poil pubien dans le lit. La porte de la chambre ne ferme pas à clef. Comment faire simple. N'allez pas la bas.
