Brand New 2019 6 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer Luxus-Haus in The Reserve am Bear Lake, einer renommierten Wohnanlage in Fish Haven. Das The Reserve bietet unter anderem: ein Clubhaus, ein Spielzimmer, Basketball-, Pickleball- / TennisplĂ€tze, Doppelpools, einen Whirlpool, ein Fitnessstudio und einen Konferenzraum, die alle kostenlos sind. Oasis in the mountains

The perfect setting for a family of 30 people to get together and enjoy creating memories that will last a lifetime! We loved the ample amount of space, long list of amenities, and beautiful views the home had to offer. We hope to come and stay again in the future.

The house was nice and we enjoyed it. The bedroom situation was good and worked for our family when so many other houses did not. We appreciate the bedroom and bathroom situation. Parking area was great!It was hard for my family not to have a couch on the main floor. Patio furniture was nice, but not very comfortable for adults, worried about kids falling over the balcony and hot during the day to be outside.Before we went, we received house rules from vrbo, the house managers, the owners and the club house. Too many house rules to keep track of. The house rules from four different identities did not corollate with each other and before we went, we were confused, frustrated and stressed. When we arrived, nobody dared to do anything because they were not sure about the rules. Texting with Lyndee it was decided that we had possibly been sent some old house rules and that helped to relieve some of the pressure that all of us were feeling.There was also some unfinished house cleaning and pictures that we needed to follow through with that probably took another hour out of our time before we could get settled. You do need to respect the house rule of keeping the doors closed. There are a lot of nature' creatures that can invade the home.I do not mean to sound negative. After house rules were more understood, we did enjoy our stay and house manager was good to communicate with.2025 lake water is high, not a lot of beach access, but still a nice beach. Great Family Gathering Place

Loved the dining tables, used them for board games after meals. The deck is a wonderful relaxing spot for visiting and good views of the lake. We used the firepit on the deck in the mornings. The back lawn was level and green and good for outdoor games. There were plenty of sleeping spots, and our young adults loved the downstairs tv and long, long sofa for group video game playing.

Perfect Location!

The view from this cabin is unmatched! We had a wonderful week with room for everyone to sleep and eat and have a good time. Beach towels were a great perk! The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed.If I had any criticism it would be the lack of a pantry in the kitchen. I would love to see the mudroom space turned into a small pantry as we just never used that space but really needed a pantry. Just a thought ;) Not a deal breaker though. We would come back for sure!

Youth winter retreat

We had a very nice stay. The house is beautiful with beautiful views especially with the snow. The house is very spacious accommodate large group. However, I didn’t realize it didn’t have couches or sofas in the living room so lookout for that if you want comfortable couches. Also, the clubhouse was closed due to maintenance and we were very disappointed that we didn’t get some kind of refund since we reserved this house and paid mainly for the clubhouse. I’d say this house is worth it but only if the clubhouse was open.

The Fun House

What we wanted was a mild bachelor weekend to take in views and get competitive with each other and that’s exactly what we got and more. Between the yard games at the house, the games in the garage, and the long dining tables, it was non stop friendly competition all weekend. The private beach access wasn’t what we expected, but the adjacent beach volleyball court made up for that! Would love to return.

Very beautiful, clean and spacious

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Loved that we could all eat in the same room. The upstairs deck became the favorite place to sit and visit. Family reunion in Bear Lake

We had 23 people from ages 2 years old to 70. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool at the club house and liked the close proximity to the North Shore at Bear Lake. We played games in the yard also. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

House was perfect for our family! Great amenities, including waffle irons, cheese grater, towels & access to clubhouse for workouts & pool! View of Bear Lake is amazing. Host was easy to get a hold of, and communicated about access for gates etc. Private beach access was wonderful as well. Honestly, can’t say enough good!

Fun visit!

We had a great time staying at this property. We love the clubhouse pool and hot tub. Also having the grass in the backyard for lawn games and the garage with ping pong and hot shot. Lyndee was super responsive and easy to communicate with! We wished that there was a bit more bathroom space downstairs, and maybe some rubber washers on the beds (especially in the loft bunk room because they were a bit squeaky, but all little things. Thanks again for allowing us to stay and have a place we could gather our extended family for a reunion!

nice home for family stay

Newer home...well maintained...lots of room for large family...quite a distance from pool, courts, etc. a short drive from the lake front...but a nice private lake front provided with the housing development...we had a nice stay. It is just that Bear Lake is getting too crowded, like disneyland down town filled with people who seem to have never had a milkshake in their life :)

Had our family reunion here. The place was clean and plenty of beds and seating for meals. The owners were kind and responded quickly to any of our concerns. Wish they had an in line water heater, the hot water did not last long so only about 5 people could shower before the hot water ran out.

Home away from home

Beautiful property. Well stocked. Fantastic view of the lake. Manager quickly answered any and all concerns we had. Suited the needs of our family reunion perfectly. The reserve beach is secluded but muddy (I am sure because other water is a lot higher around the lake due to record snowfall) — so bring some chairs to sit on. We would absolutely stay here again. Great family home for a Bear Lake reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very attentive and thoughtful. The home is bright, new and well equipped. We enjoyed the large dining tables with plenty of eating space for all. The drawback is they take up any gathering/seating area, but there is a huge sectional downstairs, or we visited out on the deck. The games in the garage were a hit, and my personal favorite was the view of the lake from the comfortable deck seating with the propane fire table. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The younger kids enjoyed being all together in the bunk loft. The home is part of a gated community with all the amenities included and we took advantage of them all
swimming pools, sports court, and beach access.

The stay at this home home was a wonderful and enjoyable experience for my family. The accommodations were great with plenty of room for everyone to move around without being on top of each other. The fire table allowed for comfortable evenings outside on the deck. I am glad we were able to stay at this home and enjoy the serenity of the Bear Lake area.
