The Cozy Cottage, the perfect location in Flagstaff! Located in the pines, not in the suburbs. Great get away from town yet close enough for an outing Downtown (8min), Skiing at Snowbowl (10min), or hiking/biking (2min). Family night, watching 3D movies and s'more making in the backyard. Visit to NAU (8min). Home base for all Northern Arizona has to offer: Grand Canyon, Snowbowl,Sedona, Slide Rock, and so much more. Cozy Cottage, separate house from the main house sits on 2.5 acres.
Cozy Cottage has two bedrooms (one bedroom has a King bed with an attached sitting room, the other room has a bunk bed with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on the top), full kitchen, dining area (counter area with three bar stools), family room (two couches), and bathroom. Private backyard outdoor sitting area with wonderful views. There is a wood burning stove in the family room which you will need to provide your own wood. We have a 3D TV with 3D movies in the family room. We are kid friendly and have games, books, and movies available to add to entertainment. Additionally each bedroom closet is has a "Pack and Play" for use with our younger guests. Sorry we have a strict NO pet policy. **Ski in and Ski Out is NOT available.**
During your stay at this guesthouse, you'll be close to Northern Arizona University.

Absolutely no pets.The cottage is not suitable and does not accept Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed. Maximum capacity is 5 guests (including children).
Summer months there might be fire restrictions, so the wood burning stove and outside fire pit will be unavailable. Please check before you burn.
