This home provides a convenient location in Flagstaff. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is well appointed and very clean! We were able to relax comfortably after enjoying the many outdoor activities in the surrounding areas. Many local hiking trails located near this home.

Beautiful Property

Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view. The property was very clean. The host had thought of every small detial to make it cozy and feel like home. Such a reasonable price for the space and accomodations. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lots of good things about this house

We really enjoyed our time. It’s a great house. Just 2 things prospective renters might want to know. One, the house smelled like cigarette smoke. That is really a statement about previous renters, but it was a bit of a negative for us, as I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. Hopefully that has been addressed since we’re left.Two, the house itself is on a quiet street with excellent trail access by foot
however, there is a lot of road noise from the major road behind the house, not far away. There were a lot of sirens while we were there. So not a nature getaway, if that’s what you want. But I really like the house anyway:)

Second time visiting

Stayed here in October 2024 and decided to use the house as our base for our April 2025 trip to.Property has everything you would need plus close access to grocery, mall, and restaurants. This time we explored Lowell Observatory, historic downtown Flagstadf, and day trip to Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix. We took 87 on way back so got to see more of Arizona off the beaten path.

Beautiful place, great location!

We did a lot of exploring during our stay in Flagstaff. As a result, we did not spend a lot of time indoors and only really used this as a place to sleep and shower. It was clean, well stocked and in a convenient location. Perfect for eBay we needed! We appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Size and Location

We only stayed 2 days and 3 nights. It was just the right size for my brother and I for our visit to the Grand Canyon,Meteor Crater, and Four Corners. Gave us each our own space when we returned.

What was good: Location was great for us. Easy to get onto I-40 Nice and quiet area We had deer outside the balcony Beds were really comfortable Inside temperature was great since Flagstaff had a heat wave for all 12 days Great great value Opportunities to do better Towels were left in the dryer by house keeping. Great little house under the mountain.

Great view of the mountain, house had all the accommodations and neccesities for a great trip. Fully stocked kitchen, super clean, shampoo/conditioner in the shower, comfy bed, tvs in all rooms. Will definitely try to come back.

We rented this VRBO because we were moving our daughter into college and coming from the east coast. I can’t say enough positive things about the owners. They were super helpful in assisting us with questions about shipping items ahead of time, locations of the best hikes and various other information. We stayed 2 nights while visiting family in Flagstaff. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Everything was so convenient and it was very comfortable. We had an issue with the thermostat which was our error. Called Mike and he answered promptly and helped with the issue. Mike and Wayne are excellent hosts and we will stay here whenever we are in Flagstaff. Thank you for a beautiful, pleasant home.

Birthday Getaway

We spent 3 nights at this property to celebrate my daughter’s birthday( myself, husband, and daughter) and it was a perfect location to see the sights! The house is in such a pretty location, with big pine trees and views of the mountains. It’s very clean and well appointed and so quiet at night. We also really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the storms that were passing through
lots of rain and lightning! Water pressure in the showers was so good, the beds were comfortable, A/C and ceiling fans were great. The only thing lacking is a full length mirror in either bedroom. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen had everything you’d need. We used the coffeemaker(grateful for that!) and the tea kettle. The house is very close to groceries and all kinds of take out and restaurants. I would stay here again!
