Manager was very nice upon check in. We arrived around 7PM and room was just then in process of being cleaned. He asked for us to give them 30 minutes to allow proper cleaning of room. Very kind and apologetic, although after a long day of hiking we just wanted to get to our room for showers and rest. The delay was inconvenient, but the room was clean when we made it back. Facilities are dated, definitely not shiny and new, but very acceptable for an overnight stay with my family

Had a kiosk to use to check in. Staff were talking loudly on their phones which made it extremely difficult to hear the person in the kiosk and complete check in. The stairs on the buildings are weirdly rounded with a hump in the middle which made them feel very unsafe.

I booked the room for one night through Expedia while we were driving late at night. Little did I know that the check in is closed after 10pm so when we got there we couldn’t check in and had to find a new hotel! I tried to call the number several times but no answer. Apparently it is written in the fine print that they close, but who has time to look at that? I went back the next day to ask for a refund since we didn’t even use the room anyways and the front desk was so rude and tried to make it my fault. Sorry I didn’t read the fine print and notice that the front desk wasn’t open at night time like EVERY OTHER HOTEL EVER!!

Stay away!

The customer service was horrible. The man at night was rude when I needed more towels and my parents room only had one towel in there restroom. He said “I went to check the housekeepers work to make sure they did it correctly.” Which was a complete LIE! Also the room that I had originally booked through a third party website, Hotels.com, was not available when I was checking in. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Plus the TV did not work.

Although it looked as if the rooms had been remodeled, the usb ports did not work. There was hair on the towels and bathroom floor as if they had not swept. There was also a small piece of rolled up tissue behind the door. I also did not like that I checked in by speaking to someone through a tv screen and he was difficult to underatand. There was no kleenex in the holder and the towels were pretty small.

Had to find a different hotel

Me and my husband pull into the parking lot around 11:30pm and walk up to the door. On the door was a sign saying the lobby closes at 10pm. I had a missed call from the front desk at 10:20pm after they already closed the lobby. Tried to call back multiple times right after and no answer. So we called the number on the sign and they said they couldn't help. So we were out of pocket on this hotel and had to spend even more money on a different hotel. Very inconvenient. I phone call an hour before they closed the lobby would've helped so we could've canceled and got our money back

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a reservation for 2 nights, we arrived on Friday 4/11 around 9:30PM. The room looked clean other than stains in sofa, and a weird smell. Due to long trip we felt sleep right away until we woke up at 1:30 due to a HORRENDOUS smell and how bad our back was hurting. The smell was so bad that our nose was hurting. We had to open the door to breath fresh air. The next day we got up at 6:30 open the door checked the entire room mattress and sofa and what we found was DISCUSSING. Mattress was nasty sofa was filthy. Omg we left the hotel by 7:30 am we couldn’t stay. They did t offer a different room and refuse to refund for the day we didn’t stay.

Harry Can Be Feisty

I have stayed at this hotel several times due to it being the cheapest in town. However, there were no coffee cups in the room, a stain on the shower wall and asking for a blanket was an issue. I asked for a blanket and was told by Harry that it wasn't that cold for a blanket. I work for a hotel myself and if I told a guest that, I would be in deep trouble. Also, I am not crazy about checking in with someone on a wall when the owner is standing right there. You have to check in after 7pm to get Harry's full check in attention at the desk.
