On the ground floor the spacious living room has a living room with wood-burning stove, corner sofa and flat-screen TV (French channels), large table and large windows opening onto the terrace, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and shower; separate toilet; well-equipped open kitchen with 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, beautiful south-east facing terrace with sea view, garden furniture and small courtyard with plancha at the front of the house.
Keep windows closed when the air conditioning is on.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds 140x190, wardrobes and a shower room with toilet.

With its 8 kilometres of sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. Close to the Clape massif and belonging to the municipality of Fleury d'Aude, this small village hosts every day of the year a charming typical southern market on the seaside.
Not far from there, in the massif of La Clape, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional "gouffre de l'Œil doux" offers a delightful sight not to be missed with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds, their fauna and flora...
At the end of the resort, a little outside, an area is reserved for naturism.
