Hotel was nice as was the staff, but the check-in process was very slow and there were some small issues with the room. The tv was not working properly and there was no maintenance staff working at night

Great clean hotel. A lot better than everything else around. New and clean. Would definitely come back. Service is so-so. I paid for breakfast and they just told me that the chef was not there on the 12/26 so there will be no breakfast. Weren’t really even apologetic about it.

Staff was nice and welcoming, butttt Management should definitely check behind housekeepers. Bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and around the toilet, there was pink mold in the shower. Overall the room wasn’t cleaned good at all.

First room I was given the door was open and the bathroom glass door was pulled out of the wall and set against the opposite wall. Went down to get new room assignment. Got in room it was clear it hadn’t been vacuumed. No soap in bathroom. The shower floor had hairs in it.

Hotel was clean and friendly and modern. The shower dripped onto a metal drain all night, non-stop and loud! There was only 1 towel. No microwave. Had to wait until 2 hours after checking time for rooms to be ready.
