L'appartement est situé au deuxiÚme étage d'un immeuble historique florentin sans ascenseur. L'emplacement central est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Il est situé à seulement 350 mÚtres de la Piazza della Signoria, de la Galerie des Offices, du célÚbre Ponte Vecchio et de la prestigieuse Piazza Santa Croce avec sa basilique.
En raison de sa structure et de ses espaces intérieurs utilisables, il est particuliÚrement adapté aux voyages en famille ou entre amis. Chambres confortables et climatisées.
L'appartement est trĂšs grand et spacieux. Il y a deux chambres doubles, une chambre simple, deux salles de bain: une avec douche et une avec baignoire. Amazing traditional home

The apartment was very large, amazing patio with beautiful furnishings. The air conditioners worked extremely and were impotent as it was over 100 degrees when we stayed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfetto! Umbrian countryside retreat

My family had a fantastic experience retreating at this country home near Todi. Our host, Rosa, made our stay absolutely exceptional in every way! It is a very beautiful property and a comfortable home with all the necessary amenities. It is also in a great location for families and we especially appreciated it's proximity to the regional historic villages and coming home each evening and relaxing by the pool. Thank you, Rosa, for your above and beyond hospitality and great attention to all the details. We hope to stay again soon!

Great Location!

This spacious and beautiful apartment was lovely, very comfortable, and within walking distance to everything we wished to enjoy. The city is lively at night and the master bedroom faces the main street, so anticipate hearing sounds of the city throughout the night. To be expected given its prime location in the city center, but good to have awareness.

Lovely apartment close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in Lorenzo and Elisa’s apartment. It was large, clean and close to all the sights. Lorenzo was very responsive and we enjoyed his welcome gifts of candy and snacks! The stairs were brutal after a long day of walking, but they were as advertised. We definitely got our steps in! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Location!

The apartment was exactly as advertised! We were able to walk to everything. There were restaurants, bars and shopping within steps of the apartment. We were a party of 5 and had plenty of space but the third bedroom with the twin bed is more of a small loft with a low ceiling. It was ok, just very small. We totally enjoyed the patio in the afternoon to take a break and then in the evening after our days of exploring. Elisa was there to meet us and gave a quick tour of the apartment. There are 52 steps to get up to the apartment but they were totally manageable! We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay in Florence!

We had a wonderful time at apartment La Terrazza. The place is so lovely. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the terrace. Our hosts greeted us and shared all of the details to make our stay enjoyable. Any questions were answered very quickly. The location is excellent. Close to great restaurants and attractions. Works stay here again!

Fantastic Location

We truly enjoyed our four days in Florence, staying in this well located apartment. Elisa was very helpful with our check-in and check-out. She helped us get a taxi booked for our departure, since there was a slight language problem getting it done ourselves. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location

This was our first time to Firenze and we lucked out with this location. This apartment is perfect for a family or friends traveling together. Very quiet inside and on the beautiful terrace. The terrace truly was our favorite spot. One day on our trip there was light rain, and sitting on the covered terrace with a panino, antipasto and wine was a dream. There is no elevator but we didn't mind the stairs just something to consider. We will be back.

We loved our stay! The location can’t be beat for walking to all of the sites, shops and food. Plenty of room for our party of 5. It is a lot of stairs (52), but but we knew that prior and it is worth it for the location. We especially loved the private terrace.

Florence Spanish Step

This apartment was such a great home to my family of 5 adults. Very spacious and right in the middle of the historic city center and close to museums and the riverfront. The owner greeted us upon check-in and gave us a tour of the unit and made sure any questions were answered. The owner provided an information book custom made for visitors, some coffee pods, candies and a bottle of wine! This was our final city in Italy before heading back and the nicest decorated and furnished VRBO we stayed in during the 2 weeks. I loved spending time on the terrace with the family and people watching from the huge windows. We took an Uber XL from the train station however walked to the station when we left Florence as it is at most 20 minute and the Uber ride was not any faster than our walk due to tourist walking in the streets and one way roads. You won’t be disappointed staying at this VRBO.

Incredible Place- In the heart of Florence!

This was an exceptional property. The host family goes back to the 15th century with their family tree on the wall in the entry. It’s spacious, clean and the best part was the outdoor terrace! You could not find a more centrally located apartment (it’s literally across from All'Antico Vinaio, the most famous sandwich shop in Florence which has lines that go down the block at all hours.) Being in the heart of downtown Florence means that it is loud until late into the night. Fortunately, I read a former visitor’s review which said to bring earplugs if you are sleeping in the master bedroom. That was incredibly valuable advice and a small price to pay for an incredible place!

First time in Florence

This apartment was clean, well equipped and is in a fantastic location. Lorenzo was a wonderful host. Met us at the door and even helped us with our luggage. Our party included myself, my husband my two daughters and my Mother. Plenty of room, beds and space. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets and towels. My mom is 89 almost 90 and was able to navigate the stairs but she is in amazing health and is fit. Stairs maybe an issue for some. I would 100% stay in this apartment again if I am lucky enough to return to Italy.
