A great location and amazing view paired with a host that really cared about our experience. Everything was ready and in place for our stay. Kudos to Tomasso for helping take my Mom and our luggage up to the room. He also went through all the details of the apartment before he left making for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely book this apartment on our next trip!

What a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view! We loved our place - location was amazing and it was so easy to get to all the museums and monuments. Check in was a breeze. We were met at the place when we arrived, and we were delayed a few times during our trip there. It was so easy to message and keep updated. Communication was A!We highly recommend this apartment!! The view from the porch is worth it alone!!

My husband and I had the most magical stay in Florence. Walking up to the church bells and magnificent view of the cathedral was just the best. Excellent communication with our host. Our greeter spent time to offer her restaurant and experience recommendations which were all perfect.

Great location with a wonderful balcony. We had morning coffee and a few dinners looking at the Duomo. So wonderful. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great and the apartment had everything we needed. Stairs are an issue. 22 steps up from the elevator to the apartment.

The location is very central for sight sightseeing, with Bargello just few minutes away. There are two small supermarkets within five minutes walk. The terrace is the gem. It offers rooftop view from Palazzo Vecchio all the way to Santa Croce. It is a rooftop apartment but there is an elevator that reduces walking to only two flights of stairs. The apartment is well appointed. AC was working well. The communication with the management was very good with timely. Definitely plan to be back.

Perfect location!Why go to a rooftop bar when you have this view from your home away from home. Our host group greeted us personally, showed us where everything was, and even taught me how to make coffee! It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Florence.

The apartment was just as the pictures show and thankfully, the AC worked great! The location is great and easy walking distance to everything Florence has to offer. The view from the terrace is amazing and loved how spacious it was. We made Florence our home base and spent most of our time enjoying the Tuscany countryside. We took tours with Keys of Italy (Paola) and Truescany (Diana).....both ladies were fabulous tour guides/drivers and we highly recommend both!

Amazing location and host

We really enjoyed staying here. Apartment had everything we needed and the terrace view is AMAZING. The host was super responsive and helpful for us first timers to Florence. The lift goes to 3 and the apartment is on 4, as stated. There are several small sets of stairs to navigate as you make your way to 4 (just to prepare you if you have a lot of luggage). Highly recommend this for location, the terrace, the amazing host, the two separate bedrooms and a washing machine. Everything we needed. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous Florence Apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in Florence! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything, yet nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The building felt secure and well-maintained, which gave us great peace of mind. The elevator was a big help!The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was small but functional; it had what we needed, though a few more pots and pans would’ve been helpful. Still, everything worked out just fine.One of our favorite features was the balcony — the views were stunning, and we especially loved hearing the church bells ring in the morning and evening. It added such a magical touch to our Florence experience.Overall, a charming and comfortable place to stay. We’d happily return!

Great view, perfect location, everything we needed

“Terrace facing Duomo” was so accurate and picturesque. The bed was comfortable, communication was fantastic for our arrival. Paola was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and showing us around. We were so close to everything we wanted to do and still didn’t have time to do it all. We will have to come back. There was coffee in the unit too. I would recommend the apartment to anyone.

Perfect home base to visit Florence

This place was a delight. Lovely to have a kitchen to make coffee in the morning, be able to do laundry, wake up to looking at the Duomo out the window. Hosts communicated quickly and were helpful. 5 stars and very happy to have stayed here.
