Excellent place to stay ! The location was perfect - within walking distance to many key places to see and visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. What a beautiful hotel! Quiet, clean, and within steps of so many historic sites. The staff were very helpful with directions, maps, and recommendations. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities, and the decor was amazing. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The staff was very courteous, they gave us 2 bottles of water every night including a hazelnut chocolate treat for two on our pillows. The hotel has a nice rustic, old school vibes which I love. Breakfast and dinner was really delicious. The hotel is near many tourist attractions. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Lovely comfortable room in a well decorated and maintained hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Perfect location just behind Palazzo Vecchio so close to everything I wanted to see. In the run up to Christmas it was well decorated and I particularly liked the little Christmas decorations on all tables in the breakfast room, a nice little touch.

Gorgeous hotel, within steps from David’s statue, clean and beautiful hotel, superb staff, delicious breakfast in what used to be Florence’s Parliament Hall. Absolutely recommend it. If any hotel has earned a 5 star review, it is Bernini Palace Hotel.

The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night.
