The service was excellent. The breakfast spread is beautifully laid out in the ‘parliament’ room, a wonderful historic ballroom. Staff are extremely kind and attentive.——The hotel is centrally located, close to all the attractions. —- Only negative is that there’s noise internally from I think the elevator and trollies transporting the laundry.

Perfection, many hotels like to call themselves 4-5 star but when we checked into the Bernini Palace we KNEW we were in a true 5 star. Amazing service, historic building in a great location in Florence. Incredible restaurant (Michelin star territory) and breakfast to die for. The room was fantastic and we never heard a SOUND from outside during the night. We have all plans on going back to Florence for an extended stay and the Bernini Palace will be one of the reasons!

There is no dispute as to the convenient location of this hotel, but in addition to that, I have many positive impressions from my stay. The staff was very friendly, after returning from a gruelling day visiting museums and churches, it is a joy to walk into smiling people. The room we were in was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was quite abundant. I would definitely recommend this place again.

We stayed six wonderful days in this beautiful hotel. We ate dinner at its restaurant once, and the four of us loved the food. Every day we had a glass of wine at the lovely bar, met the friendly servers as well as other travelers. We stepped out the door every morning and were just steps away from the Duomo and Da Vinci museum and stores and fun outdoor places to eat. Real linen bedding! Chocolates on our pillows!
