We loved this apartment. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and newly updated with an excellent view of the Duomo Dome. The is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, another bedroomOn the second floor, then the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Steps in the apartment were manageable and safe. We would stay here again when staying in Florence.

The property was very well stocked, we were allowed to check in early, and location was in the middle of everything! View of duomo was incredible! Lots of stairs so just keep that in mind if someone in your group has any issues with those. Lovely stay!!!

Wonderful apartment

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is centrally located, an easy walk to all museums. The view of the Duomo is breathtaking. Communication was easy; the building manager, Jae, is extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of space for two couples. One bedroom has a loft space with another bed, so definitely room for more people. Note about stairs: there is an elevator in the building to the second floor, where the apartment entrance is. Once you're in the apartment, however, it is quite vertical - bedroom and bath at entry, 2nd bedroom on the next level, bath and kitchen on the third. Not a problem for us, and lots of privacy for two couples, but something to know. We had plenty of hot water and the appliances are in good shape. Small grocery store down the block (Conad). It was a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful city.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed, & the view of the Duomo at night was spectacular!!! Communication between the owner, Niccolo, & our group was timely & thorough. Jai, the hostess during our stay, was wonderful! She welcomed us to the city, helped arrange taxi service (Thank YOU!!), had a list of recommended restaurants & gelaterias, and kindly answered our many questions. If VRBO had a 10 star rating system, for Jai, we would give her 11 stars!

The view and location are amazing!

We loved our stay here! Hosts were accommodating to early bag drop off and leaving bags at the apartment while we went sightseeing. The stairs in the unit can be a bit challenging but the view in the top floor is worth it! The only slightly negative thing was the shower on the first floor. The water was only warm and lasted for about half of the first shower (no we didn’t use super hot water). My husband had the fully cold shower. But our son on the top floor had a warm shower so not sure what happened there. Otherwise everything was great and the location couldn’t be better.

The unusual layout of the apartment over 3 floors really suited our party of my husband and I with our adult daughter. The separate space and 2 bathrooms were really appreciated. It also gives the most wonderful view of the Duomo from the top floor! Probably not one for families with small children or people with mobility issues but perfect for families with older kids. Communication with Jae was first rate, she kept in contact even when our train was delayed 2 hours. Very clean and comfortable in a terrific part of Firenze with loads of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the top attractions. Lovely.

Wonderful apartment so close to the Duomo

My family and I had a very enjoyable experience staying at this beautiful apartment is such an incredible location. Everything was so clean and in such great condition. Doors, furnishing, linens all seemed new. Niccolo and his assistant Jae were responsive and even the cleaning crew, whom we met at check in, helped us with a small issue. The unit is on three levels and there is an elevator to help bring your bags to the entry on floor two. Air conditioning kept us comfortable on our warm humid days in Florence. We were very glad we chose this VRBO rental and would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

Great Location!

Im so glad we rented this apartment for our stay in Florence. It was just two of us so there was more than enough space. I was a little confused when we first arrived as I wasn’t aware that the apartment was three floors. I thought I was in the wrong place since I only saw the one bedroom/bathroom. So just note that when you enter the apartment the stairs will take you to the second bedroom (level 2) and the living space and 2nd bathroom (level 3). The location is amazing and is central to everything. The view from the living room of the duomo is breathtaking. I could have gazed out the window all day. The owner is very responsive as well as the property manager. We were coming to Florence from Bologna and were able to drop our luggage off early. The property manager was even kind enough to schedule a taxi to the train station on the day of our departure. All in all I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again the next time I visit Florence.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location

This was a great experience from start to finish. Questions prior to our trip were answered in a timely manner. Organization of check in was seamless. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment prior to check in to be able to eat and explore the city while the apartment was finished being prepared for our stay. Jae and her husband were warm, friendly and extremely helpful, giving us all we needed for the apartment and helpful pointers for restaurants and sight seeing in the area. One point to note, the apartment does have an elevator to get to the 3rd floor of the building, however, there are steps inside the apartment that would be difficult for someone with ambulation difficulties. Even with all the walking and touring we did, we didn't mind the stairs because the apartment was so wonderful and the location was perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This apartment is on 3 floors and very nice. There were flowers, an amazing bottle of wine, travel soaps, towels, laundry pods, etc. laid out for us at arrival. The host was very nice, responsive, and wonderful! Would definitely return!!

Great place steps from the Duomo - highly recommended!!

This is a great property. The host was super connected and helpful during the check-in process. There was a bottle of wine waiting in the upstairs room that we enjoyed looking out the window at the Duomo. The beds were firm and comfortable. Aircon was great and kept us cool when we returned from the Florence heat. There is an elevator to help you get your luggage to the apartment. We loved it and would return. 5 stars
