We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!

We had an incredible stay at Dimora del Cardinale! A beautiful historic hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious with vintage furniture. Only complaint is that our safe did not work + the shower head needs to be replaced - we had a light drizzle as a shower. Despite that we felt very safe and the hosts were very responsive over WhatsApp. The cleaner Rosie comes everyday and is an absolute angel! The location is central to absolutely everything you need right on the Main Street with all the best leather shops and close to tons of restaurants. Excellent time in Florence!

The staff was so friendly. They met us an hour early to let us into our room instead of having to store our luggage. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, but once you're here, it's a great location. Very close to dining and shopping. There is a laundromat two minutes away, which was really convenient. The room was spacious and gorgeous. The apartment is also fabulous with a gorgeous salon and sitting area. We just loved it!

The communication and kind staff were a highlight to this gorgeous renovated palace. We slept under a fresco painted ceiling which added to the Italian dream. The location is one of the best. Close to food, shopping, nightlife. The cleaning team were so kind and welcoming. They helped with anything we needed. The bonus was amazing air conditioning that you control. We visited in the height of heat in June and I’m not sure myself or my teens would have been happy without it. I would recommend this property for families (without strollers) and couples/friend trips. The room was up a flight of stairs without elevator so just be aware of that if an elevator is important to you. 10/10 stay abroad💕

We loved our stay at Dimora del Cardinale! It was very clean, big room with a comfy bed, big bathroom and even a pull out for our daughter to sleep on. Safe and in a great area. The staff was wonderful and we will definitely stay there again when we return to Florence to vacation!

The property is very charming and excellent to walk everywhere. There's a cafe on the corner with great coffee and breakfast options. Around the hotel there are plenty of cute stores for some shopping. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and nice.

The staff was very friendly and always available. We got locked out as the main door was stuck however the staff came with a lock smith right away as soon as they could and it was solved fairly quickly. Rosie I believe was her name the nice lady who cleaned the rooms was so cheerful and friendly, it felt like we were guests at her house, so hospitable and welcoming.

The apartment was beautiful - clean, comfortable, and walkable to everything. Two best and two bathrooms was a total luxury with a family of four! The staff was so sweet and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
