On the second floor of a historic Florentine building, with fine finishes and custom-made furnishings. Every detail carefully chosen to offer an exceptional stay to those who appreciate comfort and style.

The apartment includes:
- Two large double bedrooms, each with private door and lock, smart TV, full-length mirror and closet. Beds are king size with thick memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens for maximum comfort.

- Three large modern bathrooms, designed with high-quality finishes.

- A spacious living room with a designer sofa (which converts to a queen-size bed), coffee table, bookcase, original artwork and 60-inch smart TV.

Stunning apt in the middle of everything

This place was amazing, elegant but yet comfortable. Our host(s) were fantastic, very responsive & helpful. We truly loved the place, but to be fair the only downside was the noise level outside & the construction going on in the building itself (construction wasn't too bad as they would start in the morning but we were generally up anyway... & clearly that is a temp situation as eventually when complete the issue would be over) but the noise outside could get a bit overwhelming as both bedrooms are directly above a grocery store & they had 5:30 am delivery of store items & the unloading & loading of the truck would go one for like an hour... but like i said the place was spectacular which made the noise issue tolerable. We had an amazing time in Florence & the surrounding area. And again our host(s) were the absolute best... highly recommend staying with them.

This has been the best rental my family and I have ever stayed at!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!! This is definitely a luxury apartment with impeccable taste! The property is better in person than the pictures! Very spacious rooms, beds were spectacular, bathrooms are great, A/C was amazing (very important in the summer)! Great location, close to the terminal and walkable to the center. But the best part is the customer service!!! They were very welcoming and on top of every detail to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Lorenzo gave us great restaurant recommendations and even made reservations! Everything was just perfect…my family and I didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Wish I Could Give 10 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This apartment in Florence is the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many nice ones. Everything from the kindness and efficiency of the management representatives, Elisa and Lorenzo, to the beautiful interiors and central location - this apartment is perfect in every way. It’s close enough to the train station to walk, but in a nice quiet area. You can walk to everything important in Florence: the Duomo, Uffizi, Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, many restaurants. All are a short walk. The exterior of the building is clean with beautiful large wood doors and digital key pad entrance. Apartment is on 2nd floor. The apartment itself is stunning. Architectural digest level. Everything is clean and spotless, new, modern and Italian. The kitchen has everything you need in a sleek modern design. 2 bathrooms and a half bathroom, 2 large bedrooms, large living room and separate dinning room. More space than you need, but for a family of 5 - wow - just so comfortable and perfect. We want to buy it! A 5 star luxury hotel could not compare. If you are visiting Firenze, you will not find a more wonderful place to stay.
