Besides from the kind staff and shuttle service there were no positives to our stay here. The walls are thin to the point you can hear your neighbor unzip a suitcase. The included breakfast was awful (minus the fresh squeezed juice). The bed was extremely uncomfortable. If you are here for leisure I would advise staying somewhere closer to the train station or plazas.

We enjoyed the walkable location of the hotel. The breakfast was the best of any hotel during our 2 weeks in Italy. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, out of convenience we ate there a couple nights. The room was comfortable and clean.

Very nice, cozy room, bathroom was great (except the shower head needed to be repaired). Best part was the free shuttle service to midtown Florence! Would definitely stay here again.
