Really clean and lovely room. I guess to me it doesn’t really feel like a hotel when outside of the room, the breakfast area doesn’t work well as it’s too small and is slightly hostel-like e.g very little left for breakfast and lots of mess. The staff are friendly and the location is nice and quiet with about a 15 minute walk to both train station and main attractions.

Quaint, clean, affordable and convenient!! The location is in the heart of Florence and walking distance from the main attractions. Absolutely loved the room. Cleanliness is a big deal for me when I travel, and they met my expectations. The staff were amazing. Wi-Fi was a little sketchy, but “survivable”. Overall, I give it to exuberant thumbs up definitely worth it!

Decent sized rooms in a good location. Beware the rooms are old locks with keys that haven't been changed in ages, so they are difficult to open and jam. The reception also closes early, and if you call the emergency number when locked out they tell you to figure it out yourself. Not great to be locked out of your room! Other guests we met had the same issue. Also, the WiFi was intermittent and the bathroom had mould.

This hotel is an excellent one to stay at when on Florence. It is conveniently located to walk to local sites. Shopping is nearby and lots of restaurants. It is in a safe area and parking is available nearby.
