this place was totally misleading. all of the pictures are from the one suite they have. no rooftop or balcony like they make the rooms look. the air condition wouldn’t go below 26°celsius and we woke up miserable and drenched in sweat. not sure if this is would have been fixable as we only stayed one night. the place was fine for it but absolutely not what we thought it’d be

Great location

Great location to the city centre and a 10 minute or less walk to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable beds. They allowed us to keep our bags after checking out. Friendly staff and smooth check in and out. The only issue was the AC was not working properly.

They have a good air condition in which some properties they don’t. Unlimited cold water is superb. iGreat staff!! We have a great time in Florence because of our accommodation! After walking in a very hot weather entering a cool room is the number one you wanted to be.

My stay here was fantastic. It was a short walk from many essentials—from the train station, to markets, restaurants/cafes, and (more importantly, for those on a long trip) foolproof laundromats. The staff were kind, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and always well-kept. I would for sure stay here again the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable room, great price

Great location, only around 10 minutes walk to the Duomo. Staff at reception were nice and they let us check-in slightly early as our room was ready. The room itself was clean, a decent size, and modern with a great aircon. Fantastic price for the location and room - would definitely recommend.
