Love the area. It’s in the City Center. Walkable on most of the tourist spots and I love it that it’s walking distance to Duomo. The only complaint I have is the check in process. We got in the apartment and I still didn’t get an email how to get the keys. We need to call them to help us how to access the keys. And also they only provided 1 set of keys considering 5 people staying on the apartment. I requested extra keys before our check in but wasn’t accommodated. 1 more complaint we have on our last night we run out of hot water. We took a bath without hot/ warm water. And also we stayed for 5 nights. No extra towels. We used towels for 5 nights no replacement towels to use. And also toilets papers not enough. We end up buying out own toilet paper. Only provided 2 bottle water. Not really sure what to expect on an apartment settings. It’s our first time. This is our experience. But location is the best.
