I stayed at this property recently and, unfortunately, left behind an item that holds deep sentimental value—it belonged to my daughter who passed away. I contacted the host immediately upon realizing I had left it, and at first, they said they would check with the cleaning crew and wait until the current guests checked out.However, after that initial response, I’ve received no further communication—despite several texts, messages, and calls over the course of many days. The lack of empathy and follow-up has been heartbreaking, especially given how personal and important this item is to me. I know exactly where I left it and have been pleading for help in getting it back.I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I want others to know that if you lose something at this property—even something of significant emotional value—you may not get the help or responsiveness you would expect from a professional host.
