We stayed at this condo for four nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked if we could get in a little earlier, which we appreciated. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had a cozy atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to shopping and restaurants – we walked to dinner three evenings and it was nice to see so many people out and about. There were a few things that we think would have made our stay even better. The showers lacked grab bars, which made it a bit challenging for those who may need additional support. Additionally, the stairs leading to the bedrooms were quite steep—not ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties. We also had trouble with the blinds in the living room; we could not figure out how to get them closed and if there was a trick to it, we did not figure it out during our stay. Even with these issues, overall, this was a great home base for us while visiting family for Thanksgiving.

Perfectly balanced home

This was one of our best rental home experiences, and we travel frequently. The house was clean and uncluttered, but also homey and welcoming with just enough touches to make it feel comfortable and familiar. It was pristinely clean and a great location for walking around old town Florence. The only improvements we could think of were a couple of paring knives and steak knives in the kitchen and a quieter master bathroom toilet.

Clean, quiet and a very convenient location! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and for morning coffee. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable and we all slept like babies. The property manager was responsive and directions were clear. 5 stars or A as the teacher in our group would say.

The Perfect Christmas Get Away

We had a blast at this condo! Perfect location for daily coffee walks to River Roasters and Bay Street Shopping! The ground floor and layout was wonderful for my elderly mother with a walker, so she could get out of the house for a while and visit each day. Thank you! We will be back!

Great Condo and Location

We loved this condo. It was perfect for me and my wife and our adult children. It is less than two blocks from the shops and restaurants in old town Florence. We highly recommend it and plan on staying here in the future when we visit family. My only recommendation to the property management company is to put better pillows on the beds and better showerheads in the showers.

Perfect place for our stay in Florence, Oregon

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo and great location near Old Town Florence. For a lengthy stay it was so nice to have the walkin closets and two baths upstairs. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We really recommend this condo and are glad we chose it. Our only complaint is the lock-box for the key. We had a lot of difficulty getting it to open and it was hard on our fingers as seniors.
