Great property! Location location locationCheck in agent was great! CleanOnly negatives-Stairs were brutal with suitcase- but that was not a surprise, we knew that going into it.We would have love a dryer to dry our clothes. More linens and pillows would have been great.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is in a perfect location and we loved looking out at the square. The apartment feels much larger than the photos and everything is new and very clean.

AWESOME location, short on amenities

Great place with an incredible view of the square, well at least before a crew moved into to build bleechers for an upcoming event. Has a clothes washer, but plan on buying soap and any other basics you might require such as coffee, spices, etc. Most rentals we've experienced have a variety of things leftover from previous tenants; apparently the cleaning crew take anything that's not nailed down here unfortunately. Shower in the master bedroom is TINY and it takes a bit to learn how to manipulate water temperature. For some reason all the drinkware is in the living room credenza and not in the kitchen???? The property is choppy with no "flow" whatsoever. BIGGEST COMPLAINT - only one card key is provided. We requested another after we discovered what a PITA this was with our family of four but it was not available/provided. GREAT coffee shop catty-corner to the property.

Amazing

our stay was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. You could hear the excitement in the square during the day, but it was perfectly quiet at night. Check in and out were easy. We had plenty of room for the whole family. We hope to stay here again one day in the future.

Great Apartment

We loved the spacious apartment overlooking the square. It has comfortable beds and the bedrooms are back from the street and quiet.The location is fabulous too! It felt safe with a locked building as well as a locked door.The only challenges were it did have quite a few flights of stairs to climb with our luggage and the wifi didn’t work great in the back bedroom. I would still highly recommmend this to travelers! Lovely place!

Overall it was a great place to stay. Fantastic view nice area, fit all of the needs of visiting florence. However there was just one problem and that there were no cups or plates. But besides that it was perfect.

Beautiful flat that is worth the climb

I chose this apartment because I lived in a building steps away from it for several years and wanted to be home.The apartment is great! Clean, nicely decorated, top rate view of the square, and good heating:AC for the summer.Just be aware that it is up 3 flights of stairs. With our very heavy suitcases it was quite the endeavor getting everything up. (the guy checking us in helped by taking the smallest of all our bags but didn’t offer to help with any others) The flat has no coffee available. Not even sugar packs. This is the only place that didn’t have that. So, be aware this is BYOC.Thankfully, the flat is in a building right by bars, so coffee was had 
 along with a great workout.

5 star location. Very spacious apartment the only difficulty being the number of stairs, however the view and the location trump the stairs. It would have been nice to have some basics like paper towels. Highly recommend

Wonderful unit

We were 2 couples and found this unit to be perfect for our stay. Very roomy, clean and quiet The view of the Piazza Santa Croce was really nice. Be prepared to walk a few flights of stairs to get to the unit. The only things that we would have liked was better wifi connection, bigger shower in the back bedroom and two cards for the door.

Santa Croce is our favorite place to stay when visiting Florence. This apartment is spacious and well appointed - description is 100% Highly recommend.accurate. Communication throughout was great. Highly recommend.

A will decorated property. Centrally located to all, steps away from restaurants and stores. Be warn, is four steps to the apartment. No elevator, I did wish they gave us more than one key to the unit.

Perfect location and lots of room.

Overall this was a great find and we enjoyed our time in Florence. The check in process was quick and easy. The unit was clean and simply designed which was great since some other units were a little too rustic for our taste. The Living/Kitchen area looks over the square which was great for sunlight and people watching. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom and shower and there was even a 1/2 bath in the hallway. All the amenities to eat in were included and the 2 bedrooms and the kitchen/living had their own AC units. Very secure with a. Code to the main door which is only for the 4 or 5 units and then it is digital access to the apartment door. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but the adrenaline of our stay overshadowed bringing up the bags the first day! We would easily stay here again if in Florence again.

Anniversary getaway

The apartment location was wonderful. It was close to all the sites we wanted to see, as well as restaurants and shopping. We had some issues communicating with owners at first, but they were quickly resolved. After that everything went smoothly. We would stay here again on a future trip to Florence.

Great location overlooking the Piazza Santa Croce. This Piazza is an easy walk to everything with a taxi stand and bus stop very close. It is in a ZTI zone so id you have your own car or a rental you cannot park there except on Sunday.

Amazing view and great location. Spacious apartment but some improvements would be good: 1. Pathetic shower pressure 2. Only one key card between the four of us made it difficult to do anything separately. 3. Couldn’t use extra pillows - too dusty and no pillow cases 4. No chopping board 5. No tea towel But we did have a lovely time!
