Felt more like a college dorm than a hotel. Half of the elevators were off and not working for the three nights I stayed. Signage was crazy confusing you need to get to one elevate to get to another, to get to another, and no signs were every updated. Hours for the pool and bar said they closed at 7:30, employees kicked us out at 6:30 and were pretty rude about it. Bar also closed 30 mins early that night, no warning. Cleaning crew missed multiple cleaning spots for my room from the last tenant when I first checked in and then when they checked me into my new room there was still soap on the wall of the shower and crumbs from the last tenant. The view is amazing and reception is night and its convenient but WEIRD hotel.

Our room was a bit on the small side for a King Executive title, but had all of the amenities (minus an iron for our clothes) that we prefer. Modern styling, clean, quiet, good AC, a small stocked fridge (items removable), espresso machine, comfortable bed, and only a 10-20min walk to the touristy highlights. Breakfast was worth opting for as there are limited options in the area if you prefer a standard "American" style affair. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay there again.

Our stay at The Social Hub was a unique experience. The staff was friendly and we were upgraded upon check-in, which was appreciated. However, the overall vibe felt more like a student dorm than a proper hotel. The first room we were given had dirty floors, though they quickly accommodated us with another. Cleanliness and maintenance were lacking throughout. The property was previously student housing and it still feels that way, with old signs in the hallways and a very casual environment. It also functions as a co-working space, which made it much busier and more chaotic than we expected. The energy from the staff was very Gen Z. Everyone was polite, but casual and detached. There was little engagement and minimal hospitality. It felt more like staying at a social club run by students than a traditional hotel. The elevators were small, stuffy, and required transferring between two just to reach our room. The entire hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor, likely from poor ventilation and lingering body odor. Some air fresheners or better airflow would help a lot. Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs tasted like they came from a powder mix and nothing felt fresh. On a positive note, the rooftop view was beautiful and the amenities were geared toward a younger crowd. If you are a solo traveler in your twenties looking to mingle or work remotely, this place might work for you.
