The hotel was FANTASTIC. The staff was great Brayan at the front desk and Elmer in the dining were truly excellent, warm, friendly and super helpful The pool is gorgeous and rooms were great. The Internet is spotty but that is minor. I would absolutely recommend this place

The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great!

Exceptional!!! This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. Located at a very beautiful piece of land with nice surrenders and breathtaking views. Very beautiful and eco-friendly installations. Rooms are very quiet, spacious and cery private, with very comfortable beds. Staff members are super stars! Very friendly and professional, always willing to help. It serves a gorgeous breakfast that is included in the price. Its restaurant offers a very delicious menu. Its museum has an incredible private collection of pre- Columbian artifacts. A week could be expended easily, by taking all the private tours offered by this hotel to other places of interest in the area. You won't regret staying in this hotel. Highly recommended it!!!

The staff was very kind and the food was really good. Staff constantly cleaned the pool to assure it was clean and overall the hotel was very nice. I wish our television would have worked while we were there as we were unable to use our Netflix app as foreigners. Simple extra touches like turn down service, a working television would have made our experience 5 stars.
