Our flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues. We called vendor.. They cancelled reservation due to noshow. We told them we would get there the next day. They told us Expedia handles refunds. We had insurance on this booking. What do we do?

Very shabby. Tear in sofa bed,rusty towel bar,peeling floor trim,floppy lamps. The sheets and bedding appeared clean so stayed the nigh but never again. Was not aware of the $100 mandatory deposit .Check in staff was very curt and mostly concerned with getting paid.Only positive was the lady who “checked” my room for deposit clearance was very kind and pleasant.

The front desk was very friendly and the checkin was quick. The room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept, the bathroom was dirty and the lock on the door would not close completely. Felt unsafe and won’t be back.
