Ceci est une maison avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains. SituĂ© Ă  1,6 km du complexe sportif de Foley, des points de vente de Tanger, de l'OWA et du centre de divertissement familial Gulf Bowl. Juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Beach Express, vous pouvez donc monter sur Beach Express et ĂȘtre Ă  The Wharf en 10 minutes, Ă  8 miles au nord de Gulf Shores. Vous ĂȘtes au centre de tout dans la rĂ©gion de Foley. Cette maison se trouve sur 10 acres rĂ©unis avec les propriĂ©taires 30 acres oĂč ils ont des chevaux et des vaches. Les clients auront accĂšs Ă  1 hectare autour de la maison. A une terrasse extĂ©rieure avec balançoire. Beaucoup de stationnement! SiĂšges de porte et grill fournis.
La maison est privée, sans voisin à cÎté, mais pourtant dans un quartier.
Master a un lit king et salle de bain privée, 2 chambres a un lit queen, 3e a une chambre avec lits superposés doubles a 2 ensembles de lits superposés et un canapé-lit gigogne dans l'une des chambres den. Ici pour un tournoi de balle? PrÚs de tous les complexes sportifs dont Foley, Orange Beach et à environ 30 miles de Fairhope et Spanish Fort.
Cette location est disponible à un tarif réduit pour un snowbird pour les mois de janvier février et mars.

The property was in the perfect location. It sits on an acre of land which was secluded enough not to bother any neighbors but close to all the activities that we did, Tropic Falls, glow in the dark kayaking, outlet, shopping, eating, etc. The owner, Sonya was very easy to communicate with and very polite. This is an excellent place to stay if you have little kids giving them lots of room to run around. The only thing that would have made the trip better is if there had been a swimming pool. The property was well stocked with needed supplies, dishes, garbage bags, towels, BBQ grills, etc. My grandkids also enjoyed seeing all of the animals and taking nature walks. I will definitely consider staying his at this property for my next visit to Foley, Alabama.

The house was clean, and the AC works great!! TVs in both Dens, The Master, and the bunk room. There is also a box fan in each bedroom that I noticed as well, just in case you wanted that extra air &/or noise like some people are use to. We cooked a few times and did laundry and things, no issues. Otherwise we all were away for a majority of the time. Easy to get to Orange beach.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Property is older but nice. Nobody is on top of you. Great outside accommodations. Inside needs updating and some maintenance. Picture off kids room kept falling down and master bath towel rack come off. Kitchen needed better and more dishes for 12. There was no strainer or proper cookware. Coffee maker was broken. Its the little things keeping you from 5 stars.

Perfect location for an OWA weekend celebrating our granddaughter's 9th birthday with family. Sonja was really easy to work with and made our stay comfortable. This is an older home, as clearly advertised but it’s great for access to OWA, Foley, and Glenlakes neighborhood.Thank you!

We were in town for a softball tournament. The Coles home was perfect for our large group. We had everything we needed and we were close to everywhere we needed or wanted to go. The communication was friendly and helpful. They really went The extra mile for us! 10/10 recommend

Terrible Stay

Pulling into the property, there was trash outside the property and lots of bugs. It took us a minute to figure out how to unlock the door bc the instructions in the email weren't right. Entering the house, it was very hot. The couches are all old and torn up and the mattresses are old and uncomfortable and had sand in them. Some of the ceiling fans weren't working and a lot of the lights didn't work. The door to one room is torn up and some of the doors were hard to open all the way. The bathroom toilet almost tipped over on my 4 year old daughter bc it was loose. Coffee pot didn't work. There were bugs in the cabinets. The house was struggling to cool below 80 degrees. The house seems to have an electrical problem which seemed like an overall hazard. There was glitter outside and through the house which made it seem like it wasn't cleaned between stays. Lastly, there are three different instructions in the house and they all contradicted each other along with four different wifi passwords.

Spring break 2024

We spent our annual family vacation in foley this year and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The house was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and bedding. The younger kids were able to play outside without fear of traffic and the old kids were able to have their own space when they needed to get away for some peace and quiet. The patio was a huge perk and made sitting outside peaceful and relaxing. We all learned how to play foozball too! We had family dinners and spent the week together feeling right at home!

A wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at the property and it was definitely great! They had updated the furniture since we were last there and also gotten new beds in two of the rooms! Unfortunately we had a mishap with the air on our last night, but the property manager was quick to act and had a repair man there before we left! It’s a very spacious house and it’s big enough for a nice family stay! Thank you for accommodating our crew! We will definitely book again in the future!

Plenty of room

We had a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. We utilized the nice outdoor covered area more than inside. I loved the privacy and the kids had room to play without worrying about any traffic. I would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described

This property is clearly laid out by the owner. It is an older home that is very well maintained for cleanliness and comfort. It was absolutely perfect for our volleyball weekend. Considering it's location it is a great fit for anyone who has a bunch of kids participating at the Foley Sports Complex (think that is what it is called!). I can envision a group of 8-10 year old boys absolutely LOVING this wooded location!! Make note that the only things provided in terms of disposables is 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, salt and pepper. There were however an abundance of trash bags! We would absolutely stay here again. Sonya was very quick to communicate and was even able to let us get in a bit early when dropped on her last minute.

Great Location

This was located in the perfect location for attractions in Foley. We went to OWA. The house was very clean. The rooms were all of good size. Everyone had plenty of space to roam about the house.

Tucked away And Basic

The granite countertops are about the newest thing on the property. Everything about the place was outdated. Place needs a facelift, paint, proper flooring, and don’t even get me started about the outlets and light switches! Very irritating. The master bedroom is spacious but the bathroom is small. Master bed was decent. The 2 other queen bedroom beds were hard as a rock. One of my guests had to purchase a mattress topper (which she is being reimbursed for) but it didn’t really help. Kids bunk room was perfect for our kids. They had their own TV and that was helpful. Internet was good but the satellite TV was garbage. Stick to streaming cause the satellite package was waayyy basic. Be prepared to bring everything you usually use in your kitchen for prepping food. This place was bones when it came to cooking supplies. Lastly, the place needs a new pest control exterminator. There were spiders everywhere, ants in the bunk room, a roach in Master Bedroom, and small black beetles found through out the house. The property manager was quick to communicate with us and to try to solve our issues but the honest truth is the place needs some work before another tenant rents it.
