Really enjoyed our stay, place was clean and stuff friendly. Great location can easily get around by foot. Car park is £5 if you stay at hotel. Swimming pool and sauna available for price I believe it was £4 each.

You pay for basic you get basic, that’s not a bad thing though. The hotel is clean and warm the staff are friendly and helpful, parking is easy and on site. Great view and easy to get too. I would stay here again.

Free upgrade nice room for price I went to the Carlton hotel and had to leave disgusting hotel and Expedia shouldn’t be offering that hotel HMO, I had to book this place last minute staff were nice and helpful I will probably use again when am heading over to Europe

The location is excellent, staff very friendly. Didn’t use the amenities but walking around everything is awesomely close! Sea room with lovely view, shame some window panels have blown double glazed units, tv signal pixelated, and take your own shampoo and body wash. The hotel is very tired and in need of an update. The 'sea view' room was very basic and tired and the sea view was obscured as the glass in the window had condensation inside the double glazing. The reception staff where excellent and efficient. The hotel served a purpose as we were attending a party in Folkestone but in the future I would look elsewhere for alternative accomodation.
