The screened in porch was nothing short of magical for our group. Great location. walking distance to shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds, great pillows, even a box fan in the master. Having a garage was nice, but a very tight fit. Bonus points for the real arcade game in the garage. Made my very stressed 50something husband so happy.

Had a very nice time in Charleston. Location was beautiful. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty of room. Very nice and comfortable furniture. The hertz were very active in communication. Anytime I had a question of concern. I got a very quick response. They were helpful with all of my reservations. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent service.

The home was fantastic! It was a great area and very friendly accommodations. Bathrooms were available for all rooms. The kitchen was stocked with great pans and everything we needed. It was extremely clean and it was just as listed. I would highly recommend this property.

The property accommodated my family of 5. Mother in law had her own in law suite. Things we appreciated was the fully stocked kitchen, starter supplies for the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom, beach towels, and gaming area in the garage. There were too many amenities to enjoy in our 4 night stay such as the screened in patio, grill and deck, etc. Our rental equipment was waiting for us at the property (golf cart and beach supplies). I would not change anything except to stay 2 days longer.

Amazing

My family and I stayed in this property for 3 nights and the property was actually more than stated. The location to down town Folly Beach and to Charleston worked extremely well and any property managed by Duvet is always 5 stars. You will not be disappointed in the property And the garage underneath the first floor accommodated both vehicles. Can't wait to stay in this unit again this summer. Jack & Robin Frost

Folly Beach Getaway!

Staying at the beach house on Folly Beach was an absolute delight! The house itself was a dream, with spacious rooms that opened up to stunning marsh views. The living area was perfect for social gatherings, with comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking for the group a breeze. We spent our evenings on the deck, watching the sunset and sharing stories, creating memories that will last a lifetime.‹‹The beach was just a few steps away, offering us the chance to indulge in various water activities or simply relax on the sand. The local area also had plenty to offer, from quaint shops to delicious seafood restaurants, ensuring that there was something for everyone.‹‹Overall, the beach house rental on Folly Beach provided the ideal setting for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation with friends. It's a place I would highly recommend and definitely visit again!

Love this place!

We have stayed at this property before as it is perfect for a family. It is large and well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach and Main Street. Love the game room.

Our stay at this property was delightful. House is beautiful and clean. There are A LOT of stairs. Very accommodating for our pets. Loved the screened deck. Nice location on folly beach and with the golf cart it made it easy to get around the island. Thank you for the opportunity to stay.

Wonderful

The townhome was as advertised. It was incredibly convenient to the Center St for all the Folly Beach shopping, restaurants and bars with just a couple blocks to walk there. The beach was also very easy access, especially with the golf cart provided by the owners. The kitchen was well equipped for all we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. The game room was fun. It was in the back of the garage but still very easily accessible. It might get a little hot in there in the summer but for October it was fine. We played ping pong and shuffleboard and a bunch of old time video arcade games. We would definitely stay at this location again.

A fantastic getaway

This stay exceeded my expectations. The place was so comfortable, the beds were great, it had everything you could need, sound proof (I slept so well here), reliable internet and cable, plenty of parking options, and just a wonderful location. We took short walks to downtown and the beach, as well as sitting on the screened patio that overlooks the marsh. The golf cart was so fun! The host was great and so helpful when we had a run-in with our first hurricane!! My friends and I are already planning our next visit and stay here!!

Perfect for a Family Vacation

Great amount of space with bathrooms and bedrooms for an adult family with significant others. This condo had everything you could possibly need on vacation. Loved the location of the condo. We used the golf cart daily but could easily walk to many places for dinner and beach. Jacob was very responsive to any questions prior and 1 during our trip. Having the shower outside to help with sand was nice to have.

Great family stay

Great vacation stay for family of six with pets. House was great and extremely well equipped - if we forgot to bring it, the house had it! Property owner was very accommodating. Beds were so comfortable and golf cart was great for getting our stuff to the beach. Glad we found this place and would stay there again.
