This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

Loved the house! Great location right on the beach. Not too far from the main strip, 1 mile walk which was nice. Sandra was also great communicating the whole time. Very helpful! We will definitely be back!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Stocked with everything you could ever need, and you just have to walk down the stairs of the deck and cross over the dunes and you are on the sand. This home is just as gorgeous in-person as it looked in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway. The inside is extremely clean and updated. It’s stocked with nearly anything you need during your stay. Though if you’re local, you’ll want to bring your own beach chairs. We enjoyed the quiet area while also being a beach walk away from the pier and downtown area. Really glad we chose this cottage for our stay after considering so many others.
