RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©es et commençant les locations de vacances en 2018, ce "Tranquil Beach Cabin" est trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la rue Centre Street avec tous les magasins et restaurants; mais dans le quartier tranquille du West End! Belle maison, Ă  seulement quatre pĂątĂ©s de maisons, Ă  5-10 minutes Ă  pied ou Ă  2 minutes en vĂ©lo de l’ocĂ©an. Cette maison de 3 chambres Ă  coucher ~ 3 salle de bain complĂšte dort 8.

Vie tranquille Ă  la plage. De belles vacances vous attendent. Cette maison de plage surĂ©levĂ©e est situĂ©e au dĂ©but de la 3Ăšme rue sur W Indian Avenue. Profitez du porche filtrĂ© donnant sur une cour arriĂšre ombragĂ©e avec des chĂȘnes et des palmiers avec de nombreux meubles de jardin ainsi qu'une terrasse en plein air avec un gril Ă  gaz Weber. (le nettoyage du gril est Ă  la charge du locataire)

La cour complÚtement fermée offre aux enfants un endroit sûr et parfait pour jouer loin de la circulation sur la plage.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée et récemment rénovée est haut de gamme, avec des appareils améliorés et des comptoirs en quartz massif. Le nouveau chauffe-eau sans réservoir fournit de l'eau chaude sans fin pour la douche de tout le monde. Intérieur fraßchement repeint, planchers de bois remis à neuf, nouveaux canapés et chaises de salle à manger, tous les nouveaux lits avec les meilleurs rapports consommateurs, et les nouveaux téléviseurs ultra-HD dans toutes les chambres (toutes réalisées à l'été 2018). La 3Úme chambre peut accueillir 3, un lit superposé complet et double.

Great family vacation spot.

The place is spacious and beautiful. The backyard is like a lagoon of your very own. There were no issues, and nothing we would change. You’re a few blocks off of the beach, but it’s an easy walk down 2nd St.

Lovely family house

Our family enjoyed the well-equipped home, particularly the pool. Close to beach and town, a golf cart added convenience. The host company responded quickly to any question. All eight of us- 5 adults, two teens, a nine-year old snd one dog- said this house was a favorite.

Great home with amazing pool!

My family enjoyed this home with the beautiful, private pool last week. There was plenty of room for my husband & me (in our 50's), my in-laws (in their 70's), my 2 grown children (21 & 25 years old) and their friends (21 & 27). The home was clean, had enough furniture and comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was so quiet and laid-back. We cooked there for many meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company communicated thoroughly with us before, during and after the trip so that we had enough information and resources for our stay. The screened-in porch was so nice every morning to sit and enjoy our coffee. We spent most of our time in the huge pool, and it was the absolute largest, cleanest and well appointed pool we have rented for 20 years! There were comfortable & sturdy chairs, enough seating for all 8 of us, and enough shade for me, as well as sun for the younger guests. We did ride bikes and drive the rented golf cart to the beach some, but mostly we just enjoyed the pool each day/night. The neighborhood is very nice, and you can walk to Center Street or to the beach easily. We loved this property and we would love to stay here again and again! The only 2 issues we had were very minor: -The ice maker is really slow (but the listing specifically told us to be prepared to purchase bags of ice, so we did buy a lot of ice!) -The previous guests must have used all the propane, so the very first night when we had marinated our chicken to grill, we tried to start the gas grill, only to find it empty. So, we did have to drive to the store to exchange the empty bottle for another. The listing told us to send a receipt for the gas exchange and we would be reimbursed, so it was not too big of a deal. Thank you for everything!

Great house with a beautiful pool! We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach travel.

This house was perfect for our family. We loved the neighborhood and ease of walking to the small Folly Beach town. I especially loved the kitchen because we ate in most every night and it was very well stocked.

Young Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. Communication with the property manager was exceptionally easy and very well organized. We were able to get into the house early, which was a lovely surprise. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - very well stocked for little ones. We had rented a golf cart - the walk to the beach would have been challenging with 3 under the age of 7 and beach gear in two, though there was a wagon available (we didn't use). The pool was a wonderful bonus and proximity to Center Street was great - a very quick golf cart ride if we needed anything. We found the street quiet and calm with limited traffic, which was great for walking the dog with the kids. The one minor issue was that the hot water was temperamental - we ended up using the downstairs shower instead of the one in the queen bedroom because the upstairs often would not get warm enough. It wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Not sure if this is a common issue in the area or one unique to this property. Overall, would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with sparkling pool!

The home and property are beautiful with kitchen updates, appealing decor and a perfectly manicured lawn. The backyard is beautiful with a brand new outdoor shower and large, clean swimming pool with plenty of seating. We loved the screened in porch and multiply porches off bedrooms and the location was so perfect for walking to town for shopping and eating. The beach was close enough to walk to and owners provided a great cart to carry beach items as well as four bikes with helmets, which our children enjoyed. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a week!

Quiet Neighborhood and backyard oasis

We rented this house along with our adult children and 6 year old granddaughter. We also travel with two dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the fenced backyard with swimming pool was great for our family! We rented a golf cart which made the trek to the beach a lot easier since there is ample golf cart parking at the 3rd Street beach access. There are a lot of stairs at this property, but otherwise it is amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Beautiful house & neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house on FB. The house was well appointed and had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was the icing on the cake. We also loved how well manicured the yard is. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year.

Quiet location in lovely neighborhood

The house is nicely decorated and well appointed. Our favorite was the screened back porch and the beautiful pool area. Our doggy loved rolling in the grass as we played in the pool. The major disappointment was that parts of the home were filthy. The air filters look like they have NEVER been changed, the hood and the kitchen light fixtures were greasy and many of the baseboards were also very dirty.
