Our Stay at Red Sunset was amazing! There were 8 of us total, 2 different families and the house was perfect. Downstairs has a king and queen with an open kitchen/living room. Upstairs has 2 kings and pull out bunk beds that my little boys loved Every level has a balcony to sit out on an hear the waves or see the boats! It was such a quick walk to the beach (two different access points). The back yard is spacious and the pool was great. The residence is private and perfect for a vacation getaway. The company was quick to respond to any message I had and had amazing customer service! I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a place on Folly Beach. We can't wait to go back1

The Red Sunset Sanctuary is even more beautiful in person. Great spaces to hang out, steps from the beach. We wish could stay longer. We had a fantastic visit. The sunrise was stunning, we lucked out and had great weather. We swam in the ocean and pool.

This house is so beautiful and spacious. Everything you need for your stay. I wish i had resd the fine print about having the pool heated 48hrs prior to stay. Also, we had 8 people, but there is only seating in the living room for a maximum of 6. Otherwise, i couldnt have asked for more. The beds are so soft, the upstairs was perfect for my adult children. Beautiful spacious bathrooms.

The house was immaculate. It had everything in it we needed except for a couple umbrellas at the pool area for shade. The beds very comfortable as well as the pillows. The pool was so nice and clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. The house looks just as beautiful as the pictures. We rented a golf cart for the week, which worked out so well for going to the beach you can walk it, but if you’re heading down to the beach with a lot of stuff to carry and children, I would recommend a golf cart. This was just a very beautiful house and we had a wonderful time..

Lovely stay on Folly Island

Beautiful location, steps away from the beach. Property was immaculately clean and screened in porch was a beautiful touch. Location was special because easy to walk into town but secluded enough to be quiet even at the height of the summer season. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Private oasis steps away from the beach

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Folly Beach home! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The option to heat the pool in April was such a bonus, especially for cooler evenings. We loved how private and peaceful the property felt, yet it was just a short 0.2-mile walk to the beach—perfect for quick trips with the kids. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed beach getaway!

A wonderful family spot

We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for our family at this property. It was the perfect house and our only complaint was that the heat didn’t work once I got super cold and it would’ve been wonderful to have a hot tub. This is such a beautiful and spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of the beach and a short golf cart ride to restaurants. We enjoyed morning walks to the marina and the beach and long lazy days in the pool. Those red sunsets were amazing.

Excellent place for a family vacation!

We booked Red Sunset Sanctuary for a family vacation including a wide range of guests (8yrs old to 83yrs old)! This was the perfect house and location for our trip! Many of us walked to the beach and the elder guests drove and parked in the handicapped spots across from the beach access ramp. The days were spent with coffee and breakfast on one of the many porches, followed by time at the beach. The afternoons were spent by the pool as we prepped dinner prior to walking over to the marina to watch the sunset only returning to play board games on the porch or go for a nighttime swim! This house was perfectly laid out with two good size bedrooms on the main floor and an additional living space upstairs with two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, bunk beds and a little kitchen area! The house had everything we needed to make most of our meals! Overall, there were no complaints from any of the members of our group! We have already recommended this place to other friends and families and will definitely come stay here again!

Beautiful Home!

We had the best time in Folly Beach! Very close to public beach access! We rented a golf cart for ease of getting chairs to the beach and I would recommend doing so! The pool area was very nice and clean we enjoyed lots of time there! The house is very nice and has a new feeling which we love! Plenty of room for all 8 of us! The pictures look just like the house! Great communication from property owners. About 25 minutes from downtown Charleston! No complaints at all! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home!

The design and layout is perfect. Very impressed with the decor and the quality of the material used. Backyard and pool are great and the beach is a very short walk. I would recommend renting a golf cart as your about 1 mile from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. My family is already talking about renting it again next year!
