Great condo, great location

We had 5 ladies in this spacious condo and it was just perfect. Loved being across the street from the beach (you do get a bit of an ocean view from the balcony) and easy walking to bars/restaurants. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well-stocked. I don't think you can go wrong with this unit.

Spacious condo across from the beach

This condo was very spacious with 3bd and 3 bath. It is conveniently located in very quick walking distance of beach and main restaurant/shops. It does have several designated parking spots which is great as the areas nearby parking get full. Overall good spot to stay.

Condo on Folly Beach

Very conveniently located for all things Folly. We started our stay on Sunday. Very quiet until Friday. Great if you are into night life. Info re: condo did not mention elevator. We found it at end of our trip.

This was such a great condo. The location was perfect! We could walk to shops, restaurants, and the pier! The beach access was right across the street. Highly recommend!

Spacious unit

This three bedroom unit had plenty of space to allow us to host our adult children for Christmas dinner. There was ample seating and a table to seat six. The beds were comfy and the unit was very clean.We had a little challenge finding our parking space which was accessible from Ashley Drive even though the address says Arctic.

Extremely Insanitary- Would NEVER Recommend

Checkin was so smooth for this condo and as we initially entered the rental, we were all extremely pleased with the space! I was travelling with my husband, our newborn baby, and my mother in law. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and we were excited to even have a view of the ocean from the balcony. 
And then nightfall came.We came out of the bedroom to the kitchen to warm up a bottle for our baby and were horrified to find HUGE cockroaches all over the kitchen. These things were like the dinosaurs of cockroaches; we are talking 3-4 inches minimum. I contacted the rental company managing the property (and this listing) and was told they were contacting the “local management.” Well the next day, we still heard nothing back. The entire scenario replayed itself that night. Once again I contacted the management team—we simply wanted to leave at this point and get our money back for the rest of the stay. It was extremely unsanitary to have a newborn around roaches. Once again the property management said we would need to wait for the “local management team.” Once again nothing happened and no one contacted us again. Night 3 we found a roach in our actual bedroom about a foot away from the baby’s bassinet. Night 4 they were in the bathroom. We repeatedly reached out and repeatedly were told to please keep waiting for the local team. We couldn’t go elsewhere because we had paid in full already. Stay at your own risk.

Perfect location

Loved this place. It was a quick walk to the beach. Not sure why we even got a rental car. We walked everywhere. The size of the condo was perfect and the price was right. There were a couple things that needed fixing before we even checked in but Vacasa was great communicating with us and making arrangements to get it fixed quickly. I will add that the things that needed fixing were nothing that affected us. Will be back for sure!

Time at Folly Beach

The condo was nice and clean, and the living and dining area were nicely furnished. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the bedrooms had no storage space for clothing other than the closets. One nice, roomy bathroom had no towel racks except a ring for a hand towel. It concerned us that the lights flickered or dimmed briefly. One chair has a screw point sticking out and I caught my leg on it making a bloody red streak. I covered the end of the screw with a Band-Aid. (The injury is healing nicely.) We enjoyed our time there.

Great condo on Folly Beach . Excellent location! Right by beach access and close to Center Street

Very easy to book this condo. Good communication with VACASA. Only negative was the kitchen “supplies” Not enough glassware , pots , pans and utensils. Also the bedrooms could have used some dressers . That said it was a lovely condo and we so enjoyed our stay!

Great Location - Unit needs updating

Although this is a great location I wouldn't rent this unit (B102) again. The hall bathroom had some mold by the tub which caused allergies to some of us. The kitchen was not very well equipped with old dishes and pans that you could not cook a family meal. There was a cable mess on the floor and despite that, the tv reception was blurry and too small. There was a note on the AC to keep the air at or above 73 degrees. There was not a dresser for clothes in either of the bedrooms except for a small one in the master. The master should have a king bed, not two "full beds" which you could tell were old. The comforters were thin, stained and not very nice. Couches are stained. As a previous renter of my own beach unit in the past, it's the details that matter.
