The ski resort of Font-Romeu offers a superb ski area from 1650 m to 2250 m altitude and a wide variety of slopes to satisfy both novices and experienced.
The sunshine of the resort and the quality of its landscape, between pines and open stretches to infinity, make it a dream destination for skiing. No risk of shortage of snow: 500 snow cannons ensure snow cover 80% of the field.
Font-Romeu = 325 days of sunshine a year!
Located at 1,800 meters above sea level in the heart of Font-Romeu resort, our accommodation is located in a residential area. It is south facing, first floor of a traditional cottage that includes only 6 units.
On the large wooden terrace of over 25 m², you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains.
Completely renovated, our accommodation offers all modern comforts, while respecting the authenticity of the place.
It is furnished with charm and offer you a high standard.
A storeroom on the ground floor allows the storage of the necessary mountain.
The bus stop is less than 100 m, in high season, being present at our home with your skis often lead to failure of the shuttle.
The approximately 80 m² has a capacity of 6/8 people.
Here is a short description that will allow you to see the comfort, charm and luxury rental.
The large living room (20 m²) with direct access to the terrace, it is equipped with a high-quality sofa with the comfort of a real bed and allowing the sleeping 2 people and a television, ceramic table with its modern design can accommodate up to 8 people.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, blender, pressure cooker etc ... and new crockery for 12 people.
Two independent rooms, very spacious and bright, it is not mezzanines, they both have a storage and are furnished with lots of charm. The parquet floor and wooden cladding on the walls meet the spirit of the region.
Room 1 (15 m²) with mountain views, has a bed for 2 people (new bedding) and can offer 2 extra sleeps with the sofa bed of the highest quality (with the comfort of a real bed). The room has direct access to the terrace, and has a storage.
Bedroom 2 (10 m²) offers 2 beds with a bed of 2 people (new bedding). It also has a storage. A window makes the room very bright.
The bathroom (10 m²) is spacious includes a large walk-in shower, a sink, a storage shelf, a wardrobe, a washing machine and of course to a toilet. It has 2 windows making this a very bright room.
The large terrace (over 25 sqm) exotic wood is facing south, it is equipped with garden furniture with chairs, comfortable seating 8 people and a storage shed that stores 2 relax and electric barbecue .
The private garden downstairs, allows children to play safely.
A cellar on the ground floor allows storage of mountain equipment or bicycles.
